11/06/11 Dream 4 Day

For all the Ladies interested in the CHAMPAGNE GIRLS TASTING..........

I am hosting this event and will be happy to give you all the details soon. I'm currently hosting my third Champagne Girls Tasting on the first Alaskan in May. So all of my attention is going towards that one first. Once I return from that trip I will be happy to focus on this trip. I can't multitask anymore like I used to.....now I just get confused. hahaha. Getting old is aweful!!!!

So if you will just bear with me for a couple of months.....details will follow.....in the meantime, just know that you wear pink and drink champagne and have a lot of fun. OH and pink tiaras and boas will be provided so that we all match for our picture.

We have plenty of time to put this together. DCL won't even address my request for a room and champagne for the Alaskan sailing until 30 days out. So we are way ahead of time for this cruise. I'll be returning from my LA/Alaska cruises mid May.....so look for my posting with all the info around the end of May. I'll keep repeating it over time so everyone who wants to join in will be able to.

OH, if we get more than 30 ladies interested.....we can't have it in PINK. It only holds 30 people comfortably. Up to 50 can be crammed in, but it will be too crowded. So if we have a great turnout, we'll have it somewhere else. So far for the Alaskan we have 47 ladies and still growing. I will post pictures on here of the Alaskan tasting after I get back. You'll all be able to see the fun.

Aloha -
My DH, Hawaiian Mickey, showed me your invitation and I would love to put in an RSVP for 2 of us, Brenda & Patricia. We are traveling with another couple, so the boys will be able to keep each other company as we enjoy yours!
Much Aloha,
Hawaiian Minney princess:

Aloha Hawaiian Minney......I'm so glad you're interested in the Champagne Girls, but I must tell you that I am NOT taking reservations at this time. It's way too early. I will let you know all the information and when I will be starting my list of attendees at the end of May. You can tell me at that time that you want to attend. Thanks.

Hi all...so was checking out transportation today...whats everyone else up to on the PLANNING to do list? :)

Hi all...so was checking out transportation today...whats everyone else up to on the PLANNING to do list? :)

I'm not the best one for advanced planning. I typically start a few months out. The only thing for this cruise is I'd like to book our air travel as soon as I can.

However the thing I'm really planning now is the Mexican Rivera cruise on the Wonder that we'll be on in 7 days.

If I had a Cruise planned that close...I would NOT!! be obsessing over this trip..lol..our Ocean City trip for the summer takes care of its self ...so this is all I have...lol.

Have a great trip..My friend just got off the MR the week before last...and she loved it.:thumbsup2

Hi everyone, just checking in. I reserved a Comfort Suites room on Paradise Island so that Steve and I can go to Atlantis for our Nassau day. Got it at a AAA rate of $189. Of course, when they add the fees and what have you the price came to $248. Still saves about $80 over booking with Disney and I think we should have more time too.

Looking forward to doing this cruise and the one right before it. This B2B should be a lot calmer than the last one we did which was the maiden and the next cruise after that. There were a lot of people on those 2 cruises doing the B2B.

Hoping to snag a PALO brunch when the time comes.

Hi everyone,

We are going on the Dream for the first time Nov 6, 2011. It is our 20th anniversary, we are bringing our DS 15 Noah and DD 12 Maddy. We love DCL and everything Disney!

Looking forward to meeting everyone!

I noticed I forgot to post our cabin number for the list, It is Joy, DH Lynn, DS Noah 15, DD Maddy 12 in cabin 7682.

I haven't read all the posts in here yet, but we would love to be part of fish extender if there is going to be one on this cruise:)

I'll add you to the rouster on page one.

Well kids, I'm about 25 days from my next cruise and I've barely done a thing to get ready. Most important issue to address THIS weekend is to get my taxes done!! :scared1:

.

Thanks for adding us to list and getting it altogether Jackie, I e-mailed about Fish Extender and we can be in stateroom tour if anyone is intersted, we don't have a fancy suite room or anything, room 7682:)

Hello Everyone--My name is Brittany.
I am going on the cruise this Novemeber with my boyfriend Casey and Aunt and Uncle. Some of you may know my Aunt Deb as EllaEnchanted. I was just curious if anyone knew of any good places to get bracelets, charms for pandora bracelets or anything of that nature :) Pretty much anything girly and shiny at a decent price!

Only 7 months and 4 days!

In September I was on a cruise and we shopped in all the ports, we found real Pandora in Roatan and the prices were higher than here in the states. What you need to do if you want to shop for jewelry is to make sure you know what things cost at home to compare. Not everything is a bargain. On the Wonder they carry Chamilia Beads, because they have the Disney ones. Chamilia will fit Pandora.

There is a Diamond International, Tanzanite International, and a few other recommended stores in Nassau. You can find some good bargains if you shop the clearance area. The recommended stores will usually give you a good price for being on the ship. Go to the shopping talk on board, it's fun and you will get some ideas of where to go. There is usually a shopping guide on board who will love to help you spend your money, but at a decent price.

Welcome Brittany! So glad you and Casey are joining us! I know it's made Deb very happy! :thumbsup2

I'm no help with the shopping, but it looks like mickeyfan1 got you covered.

I'll add your info to page one.

Thanks! That helps a lot. I knew they had Chamilla beads on board but have heard there is no real price difference. Have you been to any of the stores you recomended? I'm looking for silver, opal, pretty much anything unique.
