Thanks for posting the movies playing on the ship. I printed off the list for my kids, and they are pretty excited. We leave Thursday, and now I am franticly packing. I am going out to buy more film today, because I think I am going to go nuts. My bag is so full, I plan to do a "reduction" tonight. Seeing your son in costume made me laugh - This morning I was helping my 9 year old into his vampire costume for school, and he wanted his face painted white. I had bought a make up kit, and got to work. By the time I was done, he decided he didn't want it any more, and I had to remove it all! During this time, my 11 year old daughter had shut herself into the bathroom and attempted to put on her own eye liner for her witch costume. That was a disaster, too. I ended up having to clean her up and I just put on some green eye shadow! Happy Halloween everyone! Claire

email that they were full.

So now I just went online and booked the horseback riding tour of Costa Maya.

Would any of you be nervous getting off of the ship at Costa Maya and booking your own excursion? I'm going to find it hard to spend more money booking an excursion through DCL when I can basically get the same thing for less money.

That excursion sounds great. You might want to check boards on Cruise Critic or on other cruise lines to see if anyone has booked through this company and what their experience was. I am sure you will have to factor in some transportation costs, too. With Disney, you will pay more, but you will have safety and peace of mind, too. Claire

No scuba dive excursions? Anyone else who was diving or snorkling with EagleRay or anyone else in Cozumel-did you find anything for Costa Maya? I already cancelled with EagleRay, but I need something for Costa Maya now.

I wanted to follow the "safe" route and book a ruins excursion through DCL. However, I'm traveling with DD who's 4 and DCL's Chaccohoben Mayan Ruins is for 5 and up. The Kohunlich Ruins accomodates 4 yo's but is 6 1/2 hours and I want time to see the rest of Costa Maya. Any ideas will be welcomed.
