Hiya

My hubby and I will be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary this year and I'm stuck of ideas on what to get him.

For the married ladies out there, what have you got your hubby's for their 10th wedding anniversary? Open to ideas.

We will be celebrating our anniversary in MK. I can either give him his present before we go, during or when we get back from DW.

Thanks all.

We don't buy each other gifts for our anniversary, as we would rather put that money toward trips we take together.

You say you are celebrating your anniversary in the Magic Kingdom. How about adding on a special experience rather than a thing? It can be a tour, the dessert party, a fireworks cruise ... something different from what you would normally do in the parks.

I'm not much help, by 10 years dh and I had stopped exchanging gifts. I can't remember if we even did anything special for that one.
Our last anniversary was 20 years and we went to WDW (without kids) for a week. I surprised dh with the Epcot Seas Aqua Tour while we were there so I guess that counted as his gift since I didn't give him anything else.

We also do not exchange gifts, we rather take a trip.
Probably for our 10th (20 years ago) we didn't do much more than dinner out back then, small kids and we rarely traveled alone in those days.

I know one of the moderate hotels does a horse and buggy ride, don't recall which one, that could be nice and romantic. Order a small specialty cake to be delivered at a sit down restaurant as a surprise.
One of my most enjoyable experiences was for my 50th birthday, when we traveled with our kids and grandkids and rented a pontoon boat to watch the fireworks from at the MK, amazing!!!

Dh and I don't exchange gifts per se. What we do instead is, we buy something for the house that we both like, but would normally be too cheap to get--a fancy chandelier, for example. In your case, a fancy add-on for your trip, that normally you wouldn't spring for, could work, as well.

We'll have been married 22 years in April, & I can't remember if I got DH anything for our 10th or not. I do remember we went on a trip just the two of us to the beach - but it was a few months after our anniversary.

For one of our anniversaries, I gave him a watch & engraved something special on the back.

Some years, we do gifts & sometimes not. Some years, we buy something for our house. Some years, we go on a short weekend trip. Some years, it's just a meal at a nice restaurant. There have been some years when he got me something special, & all I had for him was a card.

My favorite anniversaries are trips or some kind of "experience" (special concert or something) that we do together. One year, our anniversary gifts to each other were tickets for excellent seats at a Kenny Chesney concert - which also involved a new outfit w/ new shoes for me. I still have the turquoise wedged sandals & call them my "Kenny Chesney" shoes.

Last year, DH surprised me w/ a pair of Jack Rogers sandals, & I got him a flowering tree to plant in the yard.

A tree or something like that to plant in your yard might be nice to commemorate your 10 years together.

I also really like the idea of some kind of special experience while you're in Disney World - maybe a fireworks cruise.

We are going to Disneyland for our 10th Anniversary. DH's birthday is 2 weeks after our anniversary. Last year I got him a FitBit for birthday and anniversary.

We are at 39 years and some years we don't even do cards! I would go with a special experience. A fireworks cruise would be fun!

We dont do gifts either.

We did take a picture in front of the castle and got a frame for it (not a disney frame) during one of our anniv trips

Congrats.

Our 35th is coming up in June, and we are treating ourselves to our first ever trip to WDW. That tends to be our kind of gift for anniversary, one thing we both want, like, need. etc.

We wet to WDW and had dinner at the Victoria & Albert's Chef's Table. Our 15th is coming up next year and as our (slightly belated) gift to one another, we'll probably be going to the F&W Festival.

We are celebrating our 10 year anniversary this year too! And will be in Disney! We got married at the Yacht Club and are excited to show our kids where we got married. I'm not sure about doing a gift as I feel being back where we got married 10 years ago is pretty special. Definitely a card though, with lots of lovey dovey words :goodvibes

Happy Anniversary to you! And i hope you think of a great gift to get your husband!
