10am fishing excursion question

Hi,
We are considering doing a fishing excursion when at Disney this October. we are staying at Poly so would be picked up from there. Looking over the info online, it looks like the trip times are at 7am or 10am. I don't think the 7am is realistic for us since this is our "off" day from the parks and we will want to sleep in a bit. 10am would be great but is this a good time to actually still catch fish? I'm no expert but I always thought good fishing wouldn't be mid day. any thoughts or experiences??

We did one last year (in May) so we chose the 7am time due to heat. Maybe check weather averages for October? Possibly go early and nap after returning. It's well worth it. We had a group of 5 and had a blast and caught several fish. It was beautiful to be going out right after sunrise on Bay Lake. We were at POP and had to meet our guide at the Contemporary. We are contemplating doing it again in November.

No I haven't but I thought I'd throw my humble opinion out there anyway
If this is meant to be your sleep in day - sleep in and know that maybe you won't catch many fish but the experience will still be lovely. I would not have my family get up early on an a sleep in day because we might catch more fish - especially because it is catch and release.
