1098 from DVC yet?

Has anyone received their 1098 from DVC yet. I just want to know because I had to call them because my Dues statement never came and I had to have it replaced, and I am hoping the same won't be true for the 1098.

No, but then again we only paid 2 payments in 2008, so it is fairly meaningless in completing our taxes.

EDIT: One other thing, the only requirement is that the tax forms are postmarked by 01/31/2009.

Yeah I figured they were just coming in at the last minute.

I did receive all my dues statements in a timely manner. I have not received my 1098.

Same here, everything is ready to go but that darn 1098.... I know they have a few days still, but I check the mailbox every day for it!

Thanks! So I am assuming that since we don't have a mortgage for our DVC that is why we never received one? We have gotten them for our home mortgages (never knew the number!) but nothing from DVC.

Correct. You will only get a 1098 if you have a mortgage.
