Where are your points to? If the seasons change during your stay does your point needs change too?? I'm looking at 11/21/2012 - 11/25 and it changes from Magic to Choice for that last night. I will be needing to book 2 rooms at what I'm assuming is 71 points per reservation for a total of 142 points at Wilderness Lodge.

Also, when and how do you expect payment?

My points are for Wilderness Lodge. Yes, if the season changes during your stay, then your point needs would increase or decrease accordingly. I assume need two studio rooms based on the point amounts you gave me. As for payment, I required 50% at the time the reservation is made and you receive your confirmation directly from Disney. Then the other 50% is due 45 prior to your arrival. I prefer to use Paypal for payment because it provides good protection for both parties. However, I will consider other payment methods. My goal is simply to be sure that there is little risk to you either you or me when it comes to payment

I am interested in a studio in DVC's Hilton Head Island Resort from Jan 08~13, 2012. Do you still have points available? Could you check the room for me, I think it needs 30 points. Can the room stay for a party of 2 people? Do residents in DVC's Hilton Head Island Resort have magic hour? Hope can hear from you soon.

Yes, you would need 30 points for that reservation. DVC member services is closed until Monday morning. However, I will check the reservation first thing Monday. The deluxe Studio rooms can accomodate two people. As for the magic hour, that is for Walt Disney World park hours. I don't think it would apply at Hilton Head. I will let you know on Monday if the reservatin is available. Happy New Years.

Hi. I am interested in renting points for June 3 - 8 at BLT, AKL, or OKW for $10 pp. We have rented points before (2008) and had a great experience. I receive a discount on park tickets, however, if you could tell me what the price is for 3 adult tickets and one child for DVC -- I could compare the two. I would like the DDP as well, but I have to confirm that with the husband. Thanks!!!! I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi Brandy. I would be happy to help you with this reservation. I have had such a huge response to my posts, I would not be able to discount the price however. I am getting $11 per point. As for the Disney park tickets, there is not a discount for DVC owners on park passes unless you purchase an annual pass. That discount is significant, but it is for an annual pass. I would be happy to book your DDP as well if you and your husband decide you want it. Sorry about the price. Just have too many folks paying $11 to discount.
