Brand new they can run as high as the low 30's.. Used - the mid to high 20's, based on mileage and extra features..

Do your best bargaining and they are still pricey..we got a quote of $27,400 for a 2006 new (the year old one was actually more and didn't have the same set up for the seats that we were interested in)..and if I really wanted it, I think I could have done better or at least gotten more "stuff" for the same price. That's non leather seats EX 4 door 6 cyl. Plus tax. Awesome van.

Comparable Town and Country, was about $24,000..but there were even more eager to "play", so I think I could have gotten a chunk off of that. ....but that Subaru keeps calling my name LOL.

And I'm sure you'll make sure the 05 is actually less than the 06. I swear sometimes I don't know what they are thinking LOL. Even our RV in the new year was less than the year before..they had a price cut! I love haggling for cars..and I have no problem walking out if they don't meet my price..too many dealers in our area. The trade in on our Toyota, is more than we paid for the thing LOL! Of course they don't know there is a trade in, before the bargaining. You'll do even better with no trade. I can't wait until you actually drive the van, and see if anthing changes LOL! Are there many differences between the 05 and 06? I assume you've been on Edmunds.com?

The 41 miles to a gallon we got with the Corolla on the highway last time we went away, does tend to make me rethink anything bigger LOL! And it does have a big trunk for stuff!

Hi... I have a T&C-2002 LXi, I have hand controls and a w/c lift installed for my powerchair. I researched vans for quite a while prior to choosing the T&C. I am very happy with the van. It handles very well.. it has good turning radius and is fairly easy to park.. even parrallel.;)

I have 62000 miles on it and have had it to the shop only for one glitch in the electric lock system and just had the brakes done. (knock on wood)

There are a couple of things on this van I really enjoy:
the leather seats, the automatic sliding doors and rear hatch, and the climate control system.. a/c and heat controls for three sections... everybody's happy!
It is quiet and has a comfortable ride for all passengers.

Have fun shopping!

I also own a Green CT&C LX (2001) and I love mine. It gets pretty good gas mileage and the trunk space is incredible. I love the grocery bag hooks--makes hauling groceries that much easier. It is also very comfortable--which is extremely important to me as my commute ranges from 35 minutes to 1 hr 45 minutes depending on traffic conditions, weather, etc. I love that it sits higher than a car, but it doesn't have a "truck-like" feel. I have sat in all areas of this vehicle and I must say that I have been very comfortable. It handles very well on the highway and like Mama Joan said, it has an excellent turning radius--again another important feature especially when you're trying to get in one of those coveted parking spaces at the mall.

My dream is to trade this one in for a fire engine red one with leather quad seats--but I'm going to have to wait awhile on that one. :rotfl:

Good luck!
