100 point Vero Beach

Could I buy a 100 point resale at VB and be a DVC member, or can the 100 point listings only be purchased as add ons? Thanks for the information!

That's a great question. The minimum through DVC is 150 points, but Disney would have to buy back a resale to prevent your purchasing 100 at VB.

I suspect it would depend on how much you would offer for the contract. At any rate, unless Disney buys it back themselves, you would definitely be a member with 100 points.
