Can my 10 year old order a Kids meal at a TS and a QS restaurant and have them take off the Adult table service/quick service credit since he will be on an Adult meal plan? I don't care about the cost difference, I just want my 10 year old to order what he wants to eat (which is Mac n Cheese, Chicken Nuggets, and PB&J!).

I would suggest that you pay out of pocket for kids meals and use your son's TS credits for extra adult meals.

Shouldn't be a problem. They may even make an adult portion of the kid's selection at the TS places. QS kid's meals may be on the small side, but if that's what they want, go for it.

because one grandson looks a lot younger than his 11 on our trip last month had this happen at Rain Forest Café they did use his adult credit but it took a manger to allow it. most meals he split his adult meal with his 2 year old brother

Keep in mind that the value of an adult TS credit is ~$36; most kids' TS meals top out at about $15. Using those credits for the adults and paying OOP for kid meals would be a more productive use.
