1. You attend a weekly cupon club.

2. You've been driving on the spare for over 3 months.

3. Fast food is your idea of fine dining.

4. You spend more time counting change during the week than you spend in church.

5. You're outraged when the price of a can of soda goes up a nickle.

6. You haven't purchased a name brand product in ten years.

7. You take the pennies from the container next to the cash register.

8. Your family get presents the week after Christmas because you love the 50% discount.

9. Mantinee. Every time.

10. You code your own software rather than buy it.

I'm guilty of the Matinee only. :rolleyes2

I'm guilty for the matinee in case I go see a musical in Holland or Germany or on the other side of Belgium, because that way, it allows me to drive there in the morning, go see the musical, and drive back in the early evening. That way, I don't have to pay for a hotel.

Cheap? Well, it depends. After paying 100+ EUR per ticket for the musical, I don't like paying 100+EUR for a hotel room!

I'm guilty of #4 only as I never go to church :rotfl2:

My SIL can tell you to the penny how much every meal she makes cost/serving?

1. You attend a weekly cupon club.-No

2. You've been driving on the spare for over 3 months.-No, but I have before, but only a week.

3. Fast food is your idea of fine dining.-as long as I don't have to cook, it's "fine" by me. :lmao:

4. You spend more time counting change during the week than you spend in church.-yes

5. You're outraged when the price of a can of soda goes up a nickle.-of course.

6. You haven't purchased a name brand product in ten years.-I normally go half and half.

7. You take the pennies from the container next to the cash register.-only when I'm a penny or two short to finish my purchase.

8. Your family get presents the week after Christmas because you love the 50% discount.- not on purpose, but I have been able to do this for family out of town, then when they return we exchange.

9. Mantinee. Every time.-YES, if I'm paying.

10. You code your own software rather than buy it-???-I'm cheap, not smart!! :rotfl:

This was funny!! I'm semi cheap I guess.

I can beat the matinee one. We wait until movies come out on DVD and borrow them from the library for free. :teeth:

I brown bag for lunch and use the same bag for 2-3 weeks.

We clean and reuse plastic ware.

Hey, I'm not cheap, I'm frugal. :rotfl2: There is a very fine line between cheap and frugal.

that's what we do too!

Heck, for 6 tickets it's almost $50 just to get IN!

But we will be splurging when Pirates comes out... we're going to see it in the theater, but it will be the matinee!! :lmao:

That's cheap!!!! Here, for 6 tickets, you would pay 54 EUR, which is +/- 68 USD!!!
(and that doesn't even include popcorn or a drink :( )

I don't go watch movies at the theater anymore (with soem exceptions), and I don't wait until they are on TV... I have High-speed internet :rolleyes1

I'd like to add an honorable mention:

go to a birthday birthday, say you forgot the gift, then never give it!
