Well today I am interruping my pre-trip to do some reminacing about our HONEYMOON! Today 10-22 is our 13 year anniversary! We were married on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in Central Illinois. We had a beautiful ceramony then left in our carriage for the reception! I felt like a true princess with her prince charming!

2 days later we left for a week long honeymoon, where else but at DISNEY!

We had a BLAST!

Here are a few pictures of that as well. We even got to eat in the castle at what was then King Steffans Banquet Hall.

I didn't want my peeps to think I have left them, Its been a crazy week. My MIL and FIL, the ones who are funding our dis trip, are coming to town to day. This is the first visit to our new house, so I have been scrubbing and wiping everything in sight!

We also found out about my daddy. His lung cancer has returned. Its large cell undefined carcinoma. The same as last time. Its also in the same lung as last time. In 99 they took 2 of the lobes in his right lung. They are still waiting to see what they will do this time. We are hoping for just a simple removal of the tumor and chemo but ????? I am sad, but I knew it was coming.

SOOOOO as soon as he found out, he put me on a mission to start research on prices for a DIS CRUISE! I don't know if it will happen, we need to find out much more about what will happen to him, but we had planned on going on this cruise in 09 but now he doesn't want to wait that long. SOOO we may be doing Disney in June and a cruise in oct/nov. WOW!


SOOOO any of you ever cruised? where did you find the best deals for booking? HELP! Oh man, it just hit me, I need to get passports.

Just as an FYI, I've done the DCL 4 times. If you have any questions, let me know. The sooner you book the cruise the better the rate. Inside staterooms are not that bad. The Eastern Caribbean itinerary is better than the Western.

Hey girl!! I am still praying for your Dad. I am married to an oncologist, so I know a lot about carcinomas and tumors. I hope for the very best for you all. He has beat it once, so he can do it again!!!

We do want to try another cruise, my parents had orginally thought 09 that way my sis's son would be 3 and able to go in the daycare on ship, but with all that is going on with Dad he wants to move it up, but until we talk to the surgon and stuff, we can't plan anything.

sorry jord, no coustume this year. I wasn't feeling great so I stayed home and passed the candy and DH took the kids out. Plus, when I went to Target on Sunday the coustume I wanted was GONE!!!! Next year will be a group costume!
