Heading to port orleans for 2 weeks in November.

Would I be better off getting a 10 day park hopper ticket or a length of stay pass?

Would the park hopper allow access to pleasure island the whole time we are there?

I'm also a DVC member, so do I get any discount off my length of stay pass or does this only apply if I stay at my home resort?

Would be glad for any advice, I've only stayed at OKW with length of stay so far but will be doing SW, US, IOA and KSC

Thanks:confused: :bounce:

To get access to PI you would need to buy a park hopper PLUS as these are the tickets with the extras (PI, Disneyquest). You probably don't need the length of stay if you are going off-site for other parks.
If you are planning more than one visit to a water park or PI then a length of stay is probably the way to go.
Sorry, I'm not clued up on DVC rights but someone on these boards is sure to know.

Have fun,
Claire

Sorry forgot that the 10 day ticket is the world pass exclusive to uk and would include all the extras I mentioned above. This would definitely be the best option then.

I think the Fun In The Sun Pass is always a better option than the 10-day World Pass.
It's about the same price but doesn't limit you to 10 days park entry and also includes entry into some minor attractions as well.

Hi Beth,

The 10 day pass varies - the "rack rate" is usually approx £230 - £250 per adults & £199 for children. However there is nearly always some sort of offer on that reduces this to approx £199 adults / £179 children. I'm sure someone on here got them for even less from a ticket broker.

The bad news :( is that I think they are only available in the UK.

Cheers

Karen

thanks for the info...
i bought us premium annual passes when we were in WDW in July, so i was kind of curious how much the difference was.....
the APs were only slightly more than the length of stays would have been, and the discounts and possibility that we might use them again, made them worthwhile...
but i'd never heard of the UK 10 day ticket.......it's interesting how many good deals are available to UK visitors.....it makes sense considering how many brits we saw there this summer....actually it seemed as if half of scotland was there...
