Ahhhhh, you two look sooo cute...AND NUTS! Just the kinda peeps we want to hang with!! Wasn't it freezing out there!!??
Ok, so let the fat start falling off! Im ready too! Last year I lost 28 pounds before my high school reunion in August. I took a sebatical from working out in October...it all started with trick or treating, then the turkey, the baking...blah, blah, binge & purge ! Gained back 6 pounds in 2 months...OUCH! I went back to the gym last week, 3 days anyway, but im having a hard time without my DH around to keep an eye on the kiddo (DD) while im gone. I'm sure i'll get back into the swing of it soon. My goal this time around is to be in a size smaller bikini than last summer I have this one little problem though...i love my ice cream after dinner!!
How did you lose your weight last year JAJO? Any diet tips?
Now... someone please tell me how to post a pic!!

my Chad & I are big motorcycle enthusiasts!

Jay had a "crotch rocket" a Suziki GXS-R 1100 it was a big bike and fast...he use to try to make me scream...lol ...which isn't hard!!! He traded it in on his new truck two years ago, We keep saying after the kids get older we would like to get something more "age" appropriate..whatever that means...LMAO...

2nd...I did those Lesile Sansones(sp?) walking tapes and it really helped. Now if I would just get started again. I have no drive at all this year.
3rd... I upload to Photobucket and just copy the IMG code then paste it in to my posts....hope this helps...

My co worker is the same way he's online most days checking out the Pirates web site...lol I enjoy the kids baseball and DH's softball but never really got into the Majors. DH is a all around sport guy and he goes from one season to the next. So are the Rockies your team? Or are you a transplant from somewhere eles?

We here in Phoenix are rooting for our Cardinals. I kind of figured you guys would be going crazy when I kept hearing the Steelers are in the same position the Cardinals are in today. I could care less about football - but you already know that. But I care that you care and I hope your team wins it. I hope the Cardinals win too because it seems to make people here in Phoenix happier and that makes my commuting easier!

We had a blast. In fact, I think we adults had more fun than the kids did. I know I never had a meltdown or attitude problem but I can't say the same for my kids!! HA HA HA!!! I didn't even mind the evening I did laundry!

The Rockies are definitely my team! I am a transplant from southern California (decades ago), and I always catch a Rockies/Dodgers game each year. But I cheer for the Rockies

Me either...lol I'm hoping that since we are on Deck 2 this time it will be alittle easier. I only did it once mid-week after a port I can't remember which one...but hardley anyone was in there. We did have to wait a few minutes for someone to come back but it was only a minute or two..and I didn't even get annoyed ......gotta love vacations changes your whole mind set....
