So I was sitting at work today talking about my dog and how I posted his pic on DIS and started to laugh to myself, I posted a picture of my dog before the kids...LMAO..I'm the worse mother ever...OMG.. .....So to easy my poor mind here are my sweet fellas.......

Jajomo-Cute boys! I didn't realize you had twins. How old are they? We went to a wedding in June with 3 sets of twins in it. The bride was a twin her twin was the maid of honor. The maid of honor had a boy and a girl twins (flower girl and ring bearer) and the groom had twin daughters (10) from a previous marriage. SO CUTE!

Well we went and picked up "Willie" last night. He is such a doll! Can you believe my husband is already getting attached to him. Willie follows him around. He also does tilt his head thing when you talk to him. Willie not my husband. I love him already. Now we just have to get through the pain the the bu** puppy stage with Kylee then we will have 3 great dogs!

I know they look like it but they aren't twins...lol. They are 15 months apart. My gram called them "Irish Twins"... (true Irish twins are born in the same year.)

Jay (on the right) will be 13 in March and Jon-Jon (left) will turn 11 on July 18th.

I only wish you lived close by so we could do more things together. But if I have to settle for being stalked on DCL and losing DH to Beer Prayers with the two of you...it's a price I'm willing to pay!!!

The boys look so handsome. That was one of my favorite meals, sitting across from them and next to DD. Good times.

Very simalar to our situation with Ethan. We have him so much we are like parents. People always think Ethan is my son. When I tell them he is my grandson I get the "No Way, you look so young" Boy do I love that!

I take extra care to respect my daughter so she never feels like we are trying to replace her as his Mommie. I'm sure you go through the same thing too making sure the grandbaby knows Mommy is number one. It is an interesting balance. I sure feel blessed though to be such a big part of his life.

Like you, we take extra care to respect our son's feelings concrening Emily. We would never do anything without asking him if it is ok before mentioning it to Emily. You know what, my wife gets the same response from people, thinking Emily is her daughter. And also, the same response as "No way you look so young!!!!" (I get you look mavalous dawling simpily mavalous!!!!) (It's more like, are you her great great granddad or what!!!) Seriously DW does not look her age of................................... you didn't think I was really going to tell you did you?!?! I know I would't live to see this cruise if I spilled the beans on that age thing!!! I'm not as dumb as I look either!!!
Well gots to go and get the truck checked out for it's 12,000 mile checkup. Everyone have a great week-end.

yep...Hedi Bacon was her name (I just love that name) and they still are buddys they IM each other every once in awhile.

It is so hard to see my dad suffering like this. I feel helpless. So sorry to lay this all on you all but I need some outside thoughts.

OMG Christa, I'm so sorry to hear about this. I know you have to be strong and there for your father and how hard it all must be on you, as well. I will keep you and your family in my prayers!

Christa - Don't be sorry to share. Seeing a parent through a loss is emotionally draining, on top of dealing with the own personal loss you suffer. It also is a time that reminds us of our own mortality and makes us ponder our blessings and thankfulness for these people in our lives that touch us and love us and we love in return. The only thing we are promised in life is death and so we must do what's right and treasure our time together while we have it. Disney really gives us opportunities to have those moments with our families and so it's really nice to have fellow humans who share in the same realization. And in that bond, we are bonded. I'm thankful for that. It's a reason these boards are so successful, it brings us together to share in our happiness and think of you through the hard stuff. It's all shared here. I'm glad you have a place to go like that!!! I do hope you know you have been in my thoughts all day and I'm so sorry for your loss and the loss your family suffers. Will keep checking in to see how you're doing - please keep coming back and letting us know. Hang in there. This too shall pass.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I loved the picture of your boys! I have a similar picture of mine the first time we ate at Animators Palate. I'm working on figuring out how to upload it to photobucket! Could be weeks before I figure it out! How old will your boys be on our cruise?

As for dogs, we have 3 also. Three labradors is too many! I'll get a picture of them too, but the 3rd one sent me over the edge! DH went to Sportsman's Warehouse and bought her out of the back of a truck. She's nearly 3 and just growing out of her puppy phase! She's naughty!

Barb, congrats on Willie! Let us know how it goes!

Jac, Your the best souvenir I have ever gotten from any vacation...


So here's an update, My aunt is having everything done in one day, Monday it will be 8-9am family, 9-11 open viewing and 12 mass and service at church. She wanted it all in one day and of course some famliy members aren't happy, my dad is 1 of 10 so there are alot of opinions going around. I think they are trying to respect that she was his wife and she does have the final say. Boy am I glad I'm an only child...lol
