Haven't posted in a while as things here have been up in the air.

We've decided not to take this cruise and instead stay longer at WDW for free dining with the rest of the family.

We are debating what cruise to move the deposit to.

I am excited about the FE/Secret Mickey stuff.
Does anyone know how far in advance we get our Secret Mickey person/cabin?

We were really thinking about doing Mickey's Now So Secret Halloween Party but I think we will pass this year.

I have good intentions of making our travel plans but haven't gotten around to it. I am hoping to stay at the Radisson also.

Secret Mickey details:

Secret Mickey - at least the way we did it, goes like this:

1) Everyone who wants to participate submits their name to the person coordinating

2) The coordinator passes out a questionnaire with questions like what your favorite color, Disney character, etc is

3) The coordinator matches each person up with their person to be a Secret Mickey for and gives you their questionnaire

4) You plan little things throughout the week of the cruise - can be a few days, or every day - totally your choice - usually no more that about $25 total in gifts

5) You can drop the gifts off, have the room steward put them in, etc - on the last day you reveal yourself

I thought free dining ended Oct 3? Is it longer. I might look into it then...

Free dining does end on Oct 3rd but if you check in by Oct 3rd it's good for the length of your stay (although I think they do have a limit on the number of days - wish I could just check in for a month!).

Hello all! Boy, this board seems so quiet compared to the last cruise I was on. I hope we aren't this quiet when we get on the boat.

I hope that the summer is going well for all of you! I don't feel like I've had one yet, I have so much homework to do. Yuck, statistics.

I have added a link to my signature for the roll call in a google document. It'll be easier for me this way. I do have a couple of people I know should still be on there, but I'm not sure about some of their information. So, if you have any changes that still need to be made, let me know and I'll get it fixed ASAP (which means I can put off some of my statistics homework, so I'll get it done fairly quickly ) Thanks all for bearing with me as I take this over from Shel.

When do you think we should cut off the FE/Secret Mickey stuff? I was thinking a cut-off of something like September 1 (or is that too late?) so we could maybe con a couple more people into participating. Right now, we only have eight people on the list, and I am afraid that a couple of them may be some of those who I missed on the roll call being taken off the list. But what do I know, I've never done this before!
