We will visit US/IOA for the first time next April. We will spend a total of 10 days at WDW and Universal. How many days would you allocate to Universal and IOA. My kids are 9 and 6 and usually braver than I am on thrill rides. At 3 and 6, they both loved the Tower of Terror, for example.
Thank you!

Will you have the 5 day passes? Will you be staying onsite? Staying on site requires a lot less time because you have unlimited express and will not be waiting long in lines.

The first time we went in April we allowed one day for each park and then a third to hit all the highlights. This worked pretty well, but the second time we went in early December and the parks were dead as everything was a walk on so we only needed one day each park.

Thanks - we are planning ot stay at the Hard Rock. I don't want to allocate more than 3 nights there unless it turns out I am way off base. We will also stay at WDW and visit all the major parks there too. I don't see the kids doing more than a half day at a stretch at any park. We will try to arrive early, then go to the hotel for a swim or a rest. If they are up to it, we might return to a park in the afternoon.

You can get away with 2 nights since you will get three days of express passes with your 2 night's accomodations. I recommend 3 days at the parks for a thoroughly relaxed and enjoyable vacation.
