I read about this on mousesavers...any US residents ever used it? I called a couple places to see if anyone was selling to US residents and Paramount does. It's $348.00/adult which seems REALLY reasonable!! Let me know your thoughts :)

princess:

I have not used them yet, but i bought mine from paramount a couple of months ago. I did post on this board and ask the same questions about anyone having a problem using them and everyone who replied said they did not have any problems with them.

Did you check out the fun in the sun pass? This is a 30 day pass good for every park, waterpark, DQ, PL, Kennedy space center and others. I believe it may actually be cheaper. Last I knew it was around 310 or so for an adult. We used four of these last year when we were there for 2 weeks and they were super. You can not beat the freedom of doing everything and not having to worry about wasting a day. these do expire 29 days after you activitate it. We had no problems being from the US using it. Paramount carries these also. Good luck

I used Worldpasses in 7/02. We ordered again for 7/04 & I received them from Rosa at Paramount about 2 weeks ago. Ours were demagnetized 2 or 3 times (oops! - DD had 'blinking' magnetic earrings in my purse that I didn't know about!) and were replaced within minutes.

I didn't try to do the FITS - mainly because I knew I was happy with the other product. Yes it was a few bucks more but I knew what I was getting!!

When you order from Paramount, you will submit your order. You then receive an email link (or a confirmation page), that you print and sign and fax to them along with a photocopy of the front & back of your credit card. (I believe this is their protection against scammers using false CC info - they see the card and the signature compared against your signed authorization). Within an hour from faxing your copies, you normally have an email with a tracking number from UPS.

Delivery does require a signature, so have it delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it.

I only see the 10 day offered in the International section. Can US citizens still buy this? Or am I missing something?

Thanks!

I was told over the phone by the Paramount people that even though I was a US citizen I could still purchase it. I have never tried it, but according to mousesavers.com many people have mentioned using it as a US citizen with no problem.

SRUAlmn.... how much do they cost? What parks etc. are included on the pass? Thanks.

Paramount also had the Fun In the Sun Passes; 30 days that are good until 2005 (I think May). They are cheaper than the 10 day passes. ($311)

So the Fun in the Sun pass is good for 30 days from activation, and you have ot activate it by May of 2005?? Or can you use it for any combination of 30 days between now and May of 2005? That would be AWESOME! :)
