10 day window not opening

so I was up late last night trying to "play around" with the dining system - cleared my cookies, history and refreshed this morning- after turning off the ocmputer last night- can pull up my reservation but it wouldn't open my 10 day window- why did I get up so early for & pay the extra money to stay on property for if this happens!
 
when you are at the page of the restaurant you want to book just above it says 'retrieve your reservatio" try that
 
I feel your pain...it even shows me my vacation at POP up top on the dining pages but I can only get Nov. 12 on the calendar. I'm so mad I got up early for this:headache:
 

tried that- many times- I clear, I retrieve, I exit still shows me my reservation and dates and resort but not changing the day only opens 11/12--did you get in for yours???

yes. the only way I could was a) I opened my res at the main site, then when I went to dining, it wouldn't let me see past the 12th, but right above that there was a retrieve your res so that it was associated with you dining. I had to do it twice, in other words.

system is moving slow...and le cellier was booked for dinner on the 13th. grrr.
 
I tried and tried to get the dining page to work for me when our booking window opened. I could bring up my resort reservation on the vacation planning section, but it would not "retrieve" in the dining window. I tried all of the tricks that everyone here has posted--no luck. I ended up on the phone for 1.5 hours to book dining. :headache:

I was unable to book either of the two ADRs I was looking to arrange (Le Cellier and 50s). I finally managed to book 50s but not on the day or time I wanted. My husband called back an hour later, waited no longer than five minutes and he was able to get Le Cellier and 50s for the day and time we originally planned. Go figure. . .
 
I am so angry right now- I don't now if I want to kill the computer or cry!! It's one thing for when they had the system on phone call only- then EVERYONE could get a try at the same time & if the system was having problems it was having problems for everyone-- but this is unreal! Now there are people who got an hour jump on me (and others) even though we did things right-- I thing that Disney should fix the system!
 
No problems here. 6am, went to dining, put in info for "retrieve reservation" after I clicked on the first restaurant I wanted and it stayed in place for all 9 reservations, 9 days out. Done by 6:21. Hope you all sorted it out and got what you wanted. :)
 
Just for giggles, I tried the system again after posting. Guess what, it suddenly works for me--too bad it didn't work when I needed it to work! Disney's website is a pain and so unreliable. . .:confused3
 
I don't even think that I want to try it for "giggles" right now, I was on the phone for 1hr and 15 minutes-- sooooo tired now--I might throw my computer out the window if it works! (got everything I wanted though--days and times)
 
Even though the OP got things working now, I wanted to say for others reading that it was working for me for a bit this morning and then decided not to work. Thankfully I had checked out to get a few of them solidified. Then I went to a different browser to try it and it worked on a different browser. Despite it having worked on the original one fine until then. :confused3 Oddly,when I pulled up my ressies on one browser it only showed the ones I made on that broswer and vice versa. VERY weird. BUT when I called them all up later in the day by conf number (because I took screenshots of all of the conf. windows and also e-mailed them to me), they all appeared in one window, FINALLY! I wasn't able to get them to appear any other way for a while. Sometimes you have to play musical browsers.:confused3 Hopefully going back to 180 days will alleviate the explosion the servers feel every morning. :surfweb:
 
I agree the ADR website is FRUSTRATING! I did manage to get online around 6:50am yesterday & made what I needed, but it took awhile to figure it out. Like someone else said, I had to keep entering my room ressie in order to get my 10+ window to open up. I am still unable to pull up & see all of my ADRs in one spot - can someone tell me where I might find this? I did get email confirmations of all the ADRs...but in 3 different emails...odd. Fortunately, I had a pop-up at the end asking me to take a short survey of the WDW website...oh boy did I let them have my opinion! So if you get a pop-up survey please do the survey & let them know they have improvements to make!
 
It worked for me today but I had just called yesterday when it wasn't working and I think many CM's are frustrated with it as well. I had to re-do mine 3X over the phone because she kept getting kicked off. The 2nd time we actually got disconnected also. I'm glad I was able to call back and get my confirmation numbers.
