We just stayed at POP for 5 nights and had a great vacation! We also purchased 10 day park hopper no expiration tickets and only used 3 days. I've never bought tickets for longer than my stay before so I'm a little confused-the rest of my remaining days are still on my roomkey/all in one card from the hotel, right? The guy at check-in never said we had to do anything different so I just assumend, but now I'm wondering since the cards have the date of our stay and that on them, they dont just stop working and I was suppose to get the remaining days of my tickets put on something else. Sorry if the questions confusing

The remaining days are on your room key. Don't lose it as they may not be able to find the info in the computer w/o it (that's what they told me). In fact, I would make a copy of your cards (front & back) and keep that in a separate place just in case.

Thanks-I figured they were, just had a sudden panic (must be the effect of being back in the real world)

We bought extra days with the non-expiring feature in Sept and just got back yesterday from our 2nd trip. I kept my old roomkeys and when they gave us our new room keys I walked over to concierge and the NICE lady there transferred everything so that I only had to keep up with one card for EACH person rather than 2.

Just an FYI - the dates serve as your Resort ID so they know how long your stay is. It's completely seperate from your admission. :)

That's one reason why I like not having my admission on my room-key, at least with non-expiring admission.

We tend to have several of the keys floating around our house from various trips. This would be a large problem since the kids love to take them and play with them. I can only imagine a CM's face if we brought all of them in and said that there were some that had tickets on them. :teeth:

2 suggestions:

- use a Sharpie to write what remains right on each room key

- put "the numbers" on the key into a word document, along with how many days remain. Just like a paper park pass, they can reprint this for you.
