10 day Europe cruise

Leaving Barcelona in June for 10 day cruise. Does Disney pick you up at the airport in Barcelona? Do we have to find our Luggage? Just wondering, they picked us up at the airport and took us to Port Canaveral for previous three cruises? We haven't got any information since we just booked. Also, does anyone have any comments on the excursions in Europe?

I believe you would have to book the transfers with DCL in order to get them, but yes, I think they're available, for a price - you just need to call & add them.

Last summers port excursions are still on the DCL website. No word yet what will be changing but you can get an idea of what's going to be offered and some prices.

In 2010, the transfers from BCN to the port were $30. DCL didn't want us at the port as early as some of the flights got in, so they took us on a narrated tour of the city for about 90 minutes before we went to the terminal.

We went on this cruise in 2007. You have to claim your luggage because you have to go through customs. When you clear immigration and customs there will be Disney reps outside to direct you to where you and your luggage need to go. When we flew into London last year there was only my DH and I along with another couple so they had a van waiting for us. Enjoy the cruise I have to say it was my favorite so far.
