10 am Boma ADR

On our Anniversary so we can sleep in, will the buffet still be hot and loaded with fresh food? You know how sometimes you go late to a breakfast buffet and things are run out or luke warm or obviously have been there a while lol..

I've found that Boma is always hot and fresh. They seem to have smaller serving dishes so they are constantly switching them out. I almost never have an ADR there before 10:00 am and have never had an issue with food being cold or not fresh.

Ive done 9:30, probably leaving slightly after 10 and everything was still full and fresh. They have made to order omelets too Love Bomas!

I've done 10:40, was the last reservation they took that morning, and everything was still hot and fresh as long as I was there.
