I posted this on the Codes & Rates sub-forum of the Disney Resorts forum but I had to share with my BB buddies. As you know, we all want to save as much money when booking our WDW trips. Hopefully this spreadsheet will help you compare package prices to find the best one for you .
Mods, if you prefer this to stay only on the Codes & Rates board, that's fine, just go ahead and delete this. Thanks!
Here is where to download the file:

A few notes and tips on this spreadsheet:
1) Please note that there are multiple tabs/worksheets named as the time periods that I am considering. Each is titled with the number of days and the time frame I am looking to go. There are worksheets for both 10 and 7 day trips as well as a summary of savings page to see an overview of how much you are actually saving with a promotion.
2) The only cells that need to be changed are the top cells:
a) Underneath "Week of" input your dates as a range.
b) Underneath "# of Nights" input the number of nights your will be staying.
c) Next to "Rack Room Rates" enter the total room only reservation rate for your specific time frame. As you know this can be found by going to the Disney Vacation website and searching for a room only rate.
d) Next to "Total Ticket Rate" enter the total ticket price for your time frame. Be sure to include the total price including Park Hopper and Water Parks & More price in the total price if that is part of your plan.
e) Next to each individual dining plan section, enter the total PER DAY dining rate for your party, NOT the total dining plan price for your stay. The formulas for the promotions utilize the PER DAY price.
Please let me know if you have any other suggestions, tips, etc. Thanks and again, Happy WDW Planning!

I got a quote from a TA for Poly GV ($253.13/night taxes included) and Poly GV CL ($303.75/night taxes included). I am thinking of a 10night stay in Dec 2010 where rack rates appear to be ($365 GV $505 GV CL and that is w/out taxes included). For dining it would be for 2 adults and 2 children. I got my park tix from
