Sorry,too busy eating to take pix.

Cast:6 grown-ups used to eating everything from fast food to 5 Star dining.

We arrived to find pleasant weather and medium crowds,planning on going from Left to Right then reverse on Sunday but did it the other way due to light crowds early.
Scales 1-5 delicious 1 being yuck 5 being yummy and 1-5 value(in Disney,remember)

Champagne:truffles were delicious and reasonable 4 and 4

Chile:Tomatican with Manchego mmmmm 4and 4

Argentina:Empanada 5 and 5 everyone loved
Grilled beef with Chimichurri 4 and 4
Dulce de Leche,whatever 3 and 3

Mexico:Chilaquiles 5 and 5 awesome despite appearance
Quesadilla 5 and 5 hot,fresh and tasty

Spain:Almonds,Olives and Chorizo 5 and 5 again

Ireland:Chilled potato Leek soup 2 and 3,not so much
Irish Cheese plate,chutney,bread 5 and 5 best chutney any of us had ever had.2 people want the recipe

China:Chicken Sha Cha 3 and 5,decent but not great,big though
Pot stickers, 4 and 5
Caramel ginger Ice cream,4 taste and 4 value,interesting

India:Curried Butternut Squash soup 4 and 4 (I love curry anything)
Samosa with Tamarind sauce 5 and 5 Awesome,would love the recipe
Coconut India rice pudding 2 and 3,no one finished but me

South Africa:Spice cake 3 and 2 small,un-exiting

Turkey(my fave as I lived there as a child for 2 years)
Meze 5 and 5 Awesome and big
Manti 5 and 5 Awesome
Baklava 5 and 4(we ate a lot of baklava)

Germany:Spaetzle with mushrooms 4 and 5 good and huge,texture was tougher than I remember from living there.
Bebreziner sausage in a pretzel roll 3 and 4

Italy:Caprese salad 2 and 2,could do better at Wal-mart
Lasagna al forno 5 and 5 delicious,good texture,big

Poland:unfortunately only 1 couple had anything
Pierogies 4 and 4

USA:Strawberry shortcake 2 and 3,not appealing

Japan:Spicy Tuna 5 and 5 awesome
Crispy Sukiyaki 5 and 5 Magnificent(I had 3 servings)
California roll 3 and 5

Australia:Grilled Lamb 5 and 5 Best Main Course Award
Macadamia nut and Chocolate bar 5 and 5 Best Dessert Award

Morocco:Baklava 5 and 5

Oklahoma:Never made it,sorry

France:Escargot 5 and 5,yes they were small but still a good value(I had 2 servings)
Quiche 5 and 5 Best Side Award,just a bunch of great textures and flavors

New Zealand: Lamb slider 4 and 4 decent but not thrilling
Kiwi roll 3 and 3

Canada:Canadian cheddar soup 5 and 4
Maple custard 4 and 4
(smell of fish was horrible and mentioned by everyone who walked by)

Greece:Spanakopita 4 and 4
Karydopita 2 and 2

Peru:Arroz con Pato Duck 5 and 4
Lucuma mousse and cookie 4 and 4 interesting

Dominican Republic:Pastelon de Platanos 5 and 5 yummy
Coconut Flan 4 and 4

Almost every country had been visited or lived in by one of our party and we felt the food was mostly representative.We expected the portion size and we very happy and full.Crowds were pleasant with no drunken exhibitions.Very few disappointments.

chile - what is "tomatican"?

peru - what is "lucuma mousse"? (i'm assuming a pudding/dessert)

tomatican=chunky vegatable soup of corn,tomato,garbanzo
It was spicy but not to hot.

lucuma=a fruit with a tangy flavor
The mousse was thick and came with a small thin cookie,a very interesting flavor
