10/5/03 Wonder cruise

Hello - I'm new to this board but I have been a Disney fan for years. This is my first cruise on Disney with my DH, DD7, and DD7. My girls will be within 1 month of their 8th birthday so they can attend both clubs. We are in a category 5 - my DH had to have a verandah. It will be our 9 year anniversary on 10/8 - hoping to get Palo for that night. Any tips for Palo reservations? My husband and I are very excited! Our girls do not know about it yet - we were going to surprise them. Can't wait!!

I'm another October 5th cruiser. This is my first cruise as well, but what I've read in these posts about getting a reservation are:

1) You make your reservation on the the first afternoon you board the ship.

2) Check your Navigator as soon as you get it to see when (and where) Palo begins taking reservations.

3) Get in line at least 20 minutes before that time.

It seems that they may have different lines for different days - so make sure you're in the right line.
