Is it doable to use early entry so we can get in the park at 8:00, and have enough time to get on some rides and make 10:30 ressies? Is the park not busy enough to be worth it or will we really be pushing it? We are a Pooh family and so would like to do a Crystal Palace breakfast and don't know if it would be better to do breakfast first and then MK or vice versa.

Any advice, experience, etc. is appreciated!

I just didn't want to arrive early, and not really be able to take advantage of it because of having 10:30 ressies. It's been 3 years since we've been to Disney and the last two times we went we had an 18 month old with us so we moved at a MUCH slower pace!

Give me mor info, please. What tiem of year are you going? What day of the week is your PS? Is that an EE day? How old is your child(ren)? You should be able to do something before breakfast...tell us more,a nd we can make more suggestions....

We're going next week...kids are almost 4, 6, and 14. I'm HOPING to get PS at Crystal Palace for 10:30 (not sure I can but after reading lots on the Restaurant Board, I'm hopeful) but don't want to try unless I know we can get into enough attractions to make it worth stopping for breakfast. Otherwise, I may try to get early PS and not take advantage of EE.

Have a great time next week. Save some food for us as we'll be right behind you! We have a ps for Crystal Palace (my nieces just love Pooh) for 10:15 one day during our visit. I thought about doing the EMH but I don't think I can get them up and out for it so I chose a non early entry day and we'll get to the park before opening. Using some tips from these boards, I plan to make a bee line for Fantasyland and hope to get some the biggies done (Dumbo, Peter Pan, Pooh, Snow White, etc.) before we have to make our way back toward Main Street for our ps. I hope this strategy works. I also hope you get your ps for this breakfast because most reviews of the restaurant are pretty good.

I guess I should decide now which day to do that and call today and see if I can get a late PS. Maybe I can't even get one and I'm worrying for nothing!!

Are you flying down or driving??

On our last trip we did CRT at 9:45. I think we had the majority of Fantasyland out of the way by the time our PS time came around, I even think we did IASW twice, much to the rest of my family's dismay ;) (I'm a fan they are not!!). I think that you could get definitely get plenty done for EE and then have breakfast.

Have Fun!!

Thursday is the only day we have to do EE at MK cuz we arrive on Sunday. They have no PS for the 14th for Crystal Palace. I am going to keep calling back to check, though.

So...in the meantime, I made PS for 1900 because the CM said Pooh and Friends are there also. I made them for 11:10 the day we arrive. We'll be driving from Cocoa Beach that day so we can certainly arrive early enough. I figure we can check in, get our room key (so I can charge the breakfast!!!) and head over to the GF. We planned on spending Sunday as a non park day so that will work out fine. But, if I can get PS at CP, I will probably cancel this one. At least I know we will have a PS with Pooh (our family's favorite)

I used to think all 'you people' who stressed, fretted, overplanned, etc. about park days, meals, etc. were crazy. I mean, just go and do what you want when you want was what I thought. THEN...my kids got old enough to make it possible to follow a schedule of sort, got old enough to be interested in Character Meals, etc. and I now have become 'one of you'!!! I was highliting things I had printed out last night (in addition to the things highlited in the Unofficial Guide!) and I think my husband thought I was crazy!!! I told him I just want to be able to make the most of our days...make sure we can get on the attractions with the least wait possible, eat at the places we want to (the clambake at Cape May, for one!) and make the most if EE and Enight if we decide.

I didn't realize all this planning was so difficult! Having to coordinate EE and Enights and PS and days off from the park...it's overwhelming!!! We leave Friday (arriving at Disney Sunday morning after a night with my family in Cocoa Beach) and I'm now stressing cuz I don't have our itinerary even close to done!!!
