Dont beat yourself up about it - you cant control the weather and therefore couldnt control the gym. (you could however control the desserts )

I'm dreading weighing in tomorrow after my pre-weigh in this morning - I am hoping it was a scales glitch but if not I'm a bobagainer too.

Are you doing weight watchers? I did it for ages but I wasnt that good at it - I'd usually eaten my points by midday

My friend however loses loads with it - she sticks to her points religiously and she looks fab - I just cheat too often on points

Keep at it Jen - the odd hick up isnt a problem as long as you dont hick up every week

I do weight watches. The key is to fill up with veg! Nil point items.

Swap the mash for smash.....or mashed swede and carrot. And swap the chicken for turkey. It's lovely.

Hi Paige - Yes..that's how Rick and I met, both as Chef's.

I've been to a couple of the cooking/entertainment classes an they're really good. The last one was all about desserts....you had tasters and that's where we found our about Rosa Regale....yum!

It's the adult enrichment classes....these are free, where as alcohol tasting is extra $.

I'm off to the gym.

I went on Wednesday with a headache, after 5 minutes of the eliptical it was getting very worse, then when I started my weight training, YOW
I couldn't bear it anymore, the headache got so pounding!

I left and came home and covered my head up with blankets and slept it off.

I hope that doesn't happen again

Def up for some trivia! Is it Disney trivia or just general trivia? We love games of any kind. Woody is a billiards and darts shark so watch out! Cass if the men don't want to play I'll play with you. We saw something about pub trivia. Woody said if it involves beer he is there!
