I'm sitting here watching the weather get worse and worse while everyone else is leaving for the day. Both bosses hit the road already hours ago. I might be checking into that Holiday Inn Express that Brenda passed up.

There are only 2 of us left here.

The no interest deal is automatic. But beware. Do not hold a balance on the card beyond the 6 mos. Your interest bearing purchases pay off first then your non-interest. So If you use the card and it is not completely paid off at the end of 6 mos... then you loose the interest free status of the deposit and interest is added AND back dated to the day that you charged the deposit. It's tricky.

The other thing to watch is if you pay your card off in full each month. If you make a return and have paid your balance in full, the return will go against you "promo" balance first before any new charges.

This happened to me with a large purchase that I returned. So basically I had to pay for my DCL purchase early AND the new purchases (yet less the return).

And Paige, I had to go round and round with Chase when one of my charges didn't get credited correctly. Basically, I had to call for about 3-4 months in a row. Good luck.

I think I just did something dumb. (I know, I know...what's new?). I had Bruschetta for lunch and and apple. It's all I brought along today. If I'm snowed/iced in here tonight I'll be dining on whatever is left in the fridge here.

Dinner: Mustardrelsishketchupmayoparmesancheeseyougurtjellyyams(huh? who the heck brought those in?) sandwich on an english muffin. If we don't lose power I'll toast the muffins first. Anyone care to join me?

We closed our office today. My boss called me at 6:00 as we were both individually driving downtown to a meeting. At least he made the decision early so the rest of the staff didn't have to venture out.

A lot of snow coming down here. I think the ice line is still south of us. More so down by you.

I haven't seen flakes this big in a long time. Their huge. Roads aren't the greatest out here. Once you get off the main roads, they aren't keeping up with them.

DS is off of school today.
