With Jeff's help this morning, since I was at work, he was able to secure my wife and I cabin number 5520 for the KK2 cruise(thanks Jeff)..............

Just had a quick corn dog for lunch, real healthy I know..................

Hazel and I will be using this cruise to celebrate our 34th Wedding Anniversary on sail date 10/24/09. Still not sure, if our then 19 year old DD, will be joining us for this cruise.

Gotta get ready to head back to work, I still have a few more meters to get read this afternoon.

No, our Cat 8's are on deck 7, same as last time. My mom really liked being up closer to deck 9 and the pools, etc.

I didn't think there was much of a chance of getting SPH rooms, and it looks like I was right!

I vote yes on the F.O's. I don't have an opinion on the milestones except if we do them, they should be on an individual basis. No teams.

For those of you on KK1, Nancy and I made a hard push when Andy dropped his Repo next year to get him on the KK1 with us. The dates didn't work out due to Angelina's Home Coming, but Andy was there to get the pictures of the Magic for us as we were leaving and in Cozumel. Thanks again for that Andy.

To be honest, my first action was to secure my room (got my first choice). Then I posted on the "old" thread about the trip being open. Lastly was to start this thread.

I agree - NO TEAMS. (but for the record, WI kicked butt last time )

And individually, I don't know who had the most.

Underdog will be happy with the FO's. Although, since LSU is playing OSU, maybe we should do the LO and he can get a hat for that.

BTW Mike, maybe get a new DIS name for this cruise if you guys are joining us. You definitely should go by "Underdog".

I have been debating the Deck 5 SPH rooms for the last 4-5 days. I decided pretty much last night that I should go mid ship. I was seasick on the night we rocked on KK1, so I am scared to get sick again. I am "playing it safe" with midship....

Moot point really, though. I spent all morning volunteering in Alex's class and going to the commissary, so by the time I saw that the staterooms were available, they weren't.

Y'all should've heard me on the phone with the DCL lady. After I got everything squared away, she said, "Is there anything else I can help with?" I started laughing and said unless you can get me on that Panama Canal cruise for free, I will let you go, so I can hang up and started screaming because I am so excited!" She laughed and told me to have a magical day.....

You bring up a good point Nancy...I felt like I didn't get to hang out with KKers as much as I wanted to - and the meet at the Mickey pool was a bit rushed for me (I had to leave early to get my boys our of the pool and dressed for the muster).

Since we have an extra sea day, should we "plan" a party sometime?

That's a great idea. I'm all for it. I'll even help plan it.

That is great! I almost went for one of them but at the last minute changed to Cat 9. Laura reminded me, what you said about probably not getting upgraded from the SPH. I don't really expect another upgrade (lightining not striking twice and all) but I didn't really put myself out of the running either.

Alright Mike! I'm about as amped up for the cruise as I am for the company! Another thing that I'd like to get together is linking dining ressies for any who are interested. We can have a late crowd and an early crowd. I really would have like to dine with KK'ers last time.
