Well, have a great Holiday everyone. I'm off to start cutting up veggies, making a fabulous dip (if I do say so myself) and I'm even baking some chocolate chip cookies for the fireworks tonight.

I am wearing my shirt today for you (It has the above image on it)
Andy, good luck with getting back on trackI really like my elliptical, I find it doesn't hurt my back or knees...do you find the same about your knees??
I have a very bad back (birth defect) and it hurts just doing 5 minutes on the treadmill or bikes but I did 40 mins last night and it didn't hurt one bit![]()
Speaking of the Australian.....![]()
I'm used to the bike and treadmill because I had to use them a lot during my PT after my knee surgeries. I haven't used the elliptical much before today, I kind of felt a little motion sickness on it, that's why I got off after only 5 minutes. Lina was on the elliptical for her whole 30 minute workout.
Jeff, from mapquest.....
Total Estimated Time: 14.0 hours 14 minutes

Our house to yours. That is just a little further than the drive we'll have next week to WDW.![]()
It does take some getting used to, but give it a chance AndyIt gives you an amazing workout with no impact! My first time on it I think I did 5 minutes too
That was at my gym many moons ago

I do it a little differently, I don't hold onto the handles, so I am more or less jogging but that took me a while to masterI started with 30 mins and I am up to 40, with a goal of 60 mins eventually
