:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I just told Mike "Janis is on the boards" and Mike said. Uh oh, I've got her dressed up in an officer's shirt for the calendar. :rotfl2:

Sneaky FO ...Three for today...Now that is by accident...Not a Master Sneak like unmentioned others

C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S to the both of you :thumbsup2 ::yes::

Walt and DI :cool1: :moped: :moped: :moped:

Well everyone, I'd love to stay and chat, but I've been at the hospital so much the past few days, I haven't seen much of Mike.

I'm going to spend some time with him before he leaves for work.

Nite all. :)

I'm sitting here in my office, watching the rain fall and grumbling because I can't take my walk. Oh well, guess I have to DIS instead. \

Rainy walks? My favourite kind!!! ::yes:: Had one on those yesterday :thumbsup2

Maybe we get different stuff over here\Do you get the soups too? theres only two flavours as far as I know. The smoothies are by far the nicest thing. They come in plastic bottles already to drink.

The cheesy nibble snacks are lovely too!

You should have a look and try the smoothies if they do them over there. Same calories as the milky drink things.
They work out more expensive, but there great if you're on the go as the bottle is premade and it might give you a little more variety.

Tonights dinner was mashed swede (with a teeny tiny bit of goats cheese in for taste)

Roasted carrots and parsnips with a little runny gravy

I had 3 small rashers of grilled crispy lean bacon and the boys had pork.
I'm really trying to stay off the carbs cuz I lost 4lb in 21 week the last time I did that

Ok, I checked while I was at the store today...saw the shakes but no soup. I don't think we get the soup here.

Hang on...4 lbs in 21 weeks Karen??? That doesn't sound right :duck:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2:
i second that. after your business takes off and we sell lots of girls of kk2 calendars we'll have plenty of $$$$ to cruise every year eh?

LOL, ok sounds like a plan!:thumbsup2

i'm hashing around a few ideas if we decide to put 2 girls on each page.

how about lori and tayna together..kind of like the barbie twins
heather and jen as the miller girls:
afeg's hazel and andys hazel as the twin hazels.:or would you rather have all the VA girls together and call them the
"mountain range" girls.:Di could be on the harley. who wants to ride with her? robin
i know brenda and shelley would share a page as the"girls who flash for freebies
and cass and the hocky chick kim could be dressed in bikinis wearing snow boots representing canada
or we could have our ladies from across the pond be pictured together and billed as the British Invasion
wow, the possibilities are endless.
i'm thinking of nancy and bigred gracing the cover together in a kind of scene like that from greys anatomy.(you know, dr. torres and dr hahn.)
not to be left out, our ladies married to guys in uniform, becky, paige, janice.
we could have you dressed in your hubbys shirt(only the shirt):woohoo:
how about the girls from WI? they could have a special section like some un-named mens magazine"girls of the midwest

ok i gotta stop this now
hope i havnt offended anyone

You must be dreaming in technicolor!!! ::yes:: :lmao:

One day on our cruise last year, I was just minding my own business when these two ladies came up and asked to have their picture with me... I didn't want to be rude, so I said OK.

Those are some pretty princesses  Belle and Cindy were ok too.

Have you thought about posting flyers at banks? Our local bank has many notices. Also, hardware stores--no competing there and women shop there too. Also, they are bored (depending on what they are shopping for--many are just with the husband) and reading everything.

Just a thought.

Hmm, I've never seen any type of area to post notices at those kind of places. Good idea if there were though, thanks :thumbsup2

LIbraries?
Barnes and Nobles type of stores?
Hospital and medical buidling bulliten boards?

I checked Chapters but there was no bulletin board. I will have to check the hospitals when I go :thumbsup2

He everyone...

Guess What?

I got a promotion! :

It's a bigger promotion than originally expected. :woohoo: :woohoo:

CONGRATS ROBIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Way to go girl, you worked so hard, you SO deserve it!!! :woohoo: :cool1: :thumbsup2 :yay:

Nancy even showed me how to multi quote. :lmao:

Well its pouring rain here in Northern Virginia. It made me think about our trip back to Port Canaveral at the end of our 3-Night cruise. We went through a pretty intense thunder storm at sea.

Does anyone have any "storm at sea" stories from their Disney Cruise?

I've seen a couple of videos on YouTube that show water sloshing out of the Goofy Pool. Pretty dramatic, and there was even someone in the pool! :faint:

Matthew

Nancy has a good picture of Wilma. She took it at the orlando airport. Ill tell her to post it for you.

so thats the way to get the legendary tuna out of hiding. say something nice about his future son in law.:cool1:

I keep telling Nancy to say this, and say that, so she had me log on myself. Then everyone left.

but you will pose though? :cloud9: :lovestruc :cool2:

She said no way and told me to throw a tomato at you, so here it is.:duck:

He everyone...

Guess What?

Well guy's I just wanted to wish everyone a happy week! Talk to you when we get home!

SO I thought I had posted this but I was at work so I must have closed it out before hand. Actually last night was the 90 day mark to make ressies for my 5 day cruise. I figured that the linking issue that poor Jeff, Heather, and I wouldn't happen because I wasn't linked to anyone else (lesson learned, huh Jeff;) ) So right at the opening mark I signed in and went straight to Palo's to make brunch ressies since I knew that we only had 1 day to book it. Clicked Palo's and I got an error message saying my reservation didn't exist. Logged out and back in, did it again. Logged in a third time and got to the Palo reservation page just to see that there were no ressies left.:furious: I did however get dinner, which I am happy for but am :furious: that a company like Disney has such a cruddy reservation system that they actually encourage guests to use. So I sent them an email, not sure if it will matter but out of all the things DCL offers/is this is my one true complaint about the company.:headache:

This exact thing happened to me on KK1--go directly to Palo ressies in RBD when you board. That's what I did, and I got the last 11am ressie for the day I wanted.:thumbsup2

On Pirate night of the KK cruise which was the day of Cozumel, some sort of Tropical Storm was coming in (boy was it windy in Coz) and I think the ship was trying to out run it. That ship was rocking and rolling that night, and I think a couple of KK girls found out exactly how windy, to the guys delight.:rotfl:

:worried: :worried: :worried: ...what a rough night...flying skirt and seasick.....

He everyone...

Guess What?

I got a promotion! :cool1:

I remember it well:rolleyes: - and so does Paige:rotfl:

I walked around on Deck 9 and took some pictures and video. I didn't dare venture up to Deck 10. (Although some people did) The wind seemed strong enough to pick things up and send them overboard. They had all the chairs fastened down. The posts like the one on the left side of this picture were swinging back and forth in the wind like something out of the twilight zone.

Here's a picture as we approached the storm.

Wow! - great photo - just the colour of that sky is scary:scared1:
