Sounds like the last of the WB got off at 11 or so but I figure that was their first day there and customs probably was a little more careful about checking the ship over. One Person stated that she was told that she could get there at 9am and I want to get there before the other busses do. If I find out later that I can't be there that early then I will push the time up.

I read that too. I asked Suz if she was concerned about our 12:15 flight home in FL, but we figured it is DCL's home port and they know how to clear the ship. Plus, we're in 45 minutes earlier than the WB got in.

If we can get there at 9:00 a.m., we will be there at that time. Definitely want to beat the "other" buses to the port.

Hopefully some of the Mex Riv cruisers will post the opening times.

Yeah we should know within the next couple of weeks, plus I want to watch what times the other busses are planning on leaving. I'm not one to get there first thing, but I REALLY want to get a brunch ressie. We have never done brunch before.

Do I dare ask, what's a netipot?

I was going to answer but read on to see that Robin already did:goodvibes

Hope you feel better Karen! QUOTE]

I feel quite a bit better today - thank you:hug: - I can now go a whole 5 minutes before blowing my nose again:lmao:

BOBers wanting to book a room at the Radisson:

Bobers possibly wanting to book a room

Karen & Neil (3 people, 1 room)

Thanks for organising this Cheryl:hug: - I just showed Neil the list of definates and if we can get our flights and accom sorted soon I'll be able to let you know. We were thinking of renting a villa the week before, I presume they only rent per week and not daily, but if we can get a good rate on a villa then we'll join you all..I dont want to miss any fun!

It's a little pot (looks like a teapot). You put saline solution in it mixed with warm water, bend over the sink, tilt your head to one side and pour it in one nostril. It then runs out the other nostril cleaning out your sinuses. Then you do the other side.

Sounds gross, but it works. Clears up the allergies too.

Excellent description:thumbsup2 and I agree - they are great for allergies and sinuses

I put our pictures up on Photobucket as suggested. Here is the link. There are 210 pictures! (and those are only a fraction.)

Thank you - I'll go take a look:yay:

Thanks! I take a crazy amount of pictures. I think I totaled 1033 still pictures this trip. :bitelip:

EPCOT_VA

I'm click happy too:rolleyes1 - I took hundreds last October.

Now that everything is digital, it is so easy to take so many pics.

Remember the days of having to pack all that film?

Geez - I remember the one trip to WDW, I had about 40 rolls of film for a 2 week holiday:rotfl: - I used to take 2 shots of everything just incase the first didnt work:rotfl: - thank god for digital:worship:

We had a great time playing last year. It was always a big joke for us. Everytime we'd get done delivering some, we'd get back to our room and there would be another one on our door.

We sure did get our excercise on that cruise.

We absolutely loved it last year. Ellis used to run ahead and yell "we've been tagged again" at the top of his voice down the corridors:rotfl2: - he used to get soooooooooooo excited. (me too actually!:rolleyes1 )

He also used to like knocking on the door and running once he'd tagged you, so be warned there might be a bang on your door and then footsteps running away if Ellis tags you:rotfl:

I didn't think the guy in front of me at the show would like it if I asked to rest the camera on his head to steady it.

EPCOT_VA

:lmao: :lmao: We used to take a monopod with us on everytrip, but it was so bulky and heavy we stopped bothering. It is real hard though to get fireworks shots etc without one.

Robin, congrats on the grades. Way to go.:thumbsup2 Glad to hear you will be around more now. Missed ya!

Ditto from me Robin - great to see you back:thumbsup2

Karen, I really like the pics. We cant wait to a trip over there. We are talking about it already and its not until 2010. I think we are going to leave Harrison at home since he will be 4 and we are thinking of leaving Julia behind also. I have always wanted to take our kids on a special vacation when they are 13. Alex will be 13 then so that could be her BIG trip. I'm sure I'll change my mind 100 times before then.
We want to do the France Disney Adventure for a week then go to England for the next week. Sean and Cath have agreed to be our private tour guides. That is if they still talk to us after their stay here.;)

Ooooh! - we can meet up:yay: - We can show you round Birmingham, Stratford on Avon and Warwick castle:yay:

Be warned our prices over here for everything are twice what you pay, and in tourist places even more::yes:: Disneyland Paris isnt anywhere near as good as WDW, much smaller and its filled with miserable and pushy french people who dont know how to get in line(apologies to anyone on here who's french:rolleyes1 ). You could do it all in 2 days easy. Happy planning!

Well good morning everybody:goodvibes

The rain has stopped falling and my nose has stopped running so I'm feeling:banana:

The 2nd backdoor is being fitted this morning so lots of banging and hammering:headache:

Eek! - I'd better get dressed - theyre due in 10 minutes:scared1:

Ooooh! - so THATS what the terminal looks like - It was all a blur to me - all I saw was Konked Kruisers!:lmao:

Yes Chris I recently heard about these plans too, I was wondering if you knew that Rach was planning on visiting you. She told me she is going to get a job and use her own money for that trip, not sure how much money she thinks she can earn bagging groceries a few hours a week :rolleyes1

 :rotfl:

I quick question to all you parents out there....Why do kids think you'll pay them $40 for washing the car when a professional car valet will do it for $20?.....And with the valet you don't have to go and finish the job after he Say's he's done.....:rotfl2:

The Grand canyon is fabulous. But if you want to ride the mules down you must make reservations. One day there is enough. My kids were bored after a few look outs. The sunset is a must. The way the rocks change colors is amazing. I made them get up for the sunrise also. Not quite as spectacilar as the sunset. You must ride the busses to the look outs where the cars are not allowed.

We looked at the mule rides, however am not prepared to have both legs and possibly both arms surgical removed just to get down to their maximum weight carry limits, buy bigger ponies for god sake......:rolleyes1

Chris,

This may be a stupid question, but why do you have to be 16 to buy nail clippers? What's going on over there?
:confused3 :)

Offensive weapons act... i know,i know, but a Sikh can carry a 7in blade up the back of his turban or carry a ceremonial sword through the streets but a 15 year old can't carry toenail clippers just in case he goes mad and goes on the rampage with them, don't you just love us brits?.......:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Chris Darling,
I have notified my super cop of your dilemma and he is working on it. He said that he and his friend did a trip similar to your requests and they did not see much, just drove a lot. You may have to cut somethings out. He is going to work on 3 plans for you.

Wow thanks Becky, when i read "my super cop" :scared1: i did wonder what you were going to say...:rolleyes1 could you ask him a hypothetical question for me please,a lot of the roads I'll be using will be long and often leading to nowhere in particular just how much police presence am i likely to come across, and just how much over the speed limit would i need to be going before they'd bother to pull me?.....Thanks.....:)

We are really excited. We need to start saving now it sounds like.:thumbsup2

Hello everyone! My DH has been having so much fun on the DISBoards that I just had to join for myself! DH is Matthew- or Epcot_VA. So, that would make me the DW- Beth! Our 2 daughters will be celebrating their birthday on the cruise. Sarah will be 10 by then (where does the time go?!) and Megan will be 12. She'll just miss the teens! Oh well, that will come with the next cruise, I suppose. It's actually her "fault" that we are becoming cruise addicts: she made a wish on the Magic last summer that we would take a Disney cruise every year! :wizard:
Well, I am looking forward to the planning for the next 17 months! The girls are excited. Megan was complaining that it is "over 500 days" until the cruise!

Hi Beth  Nice to meet you. I make the same wish as Megan every year...I must not wish hard enough though. We can only manage every other year instead.:yay:

BTW, I'm Nancy and cruising with DH Chuck (Charlie Tuna) and my adult children, Tony & Stacy (ST Cruisers) and Kristin & Jesse (Team Fun Pants).

I just had a lovely dinner.

I had chicken, cauliflower and

I cooked red cabbage in honey water - anyone ever tried it? - its georgous and sweet.

Roasted butternut squash and carrots in EVOO and garlic.

With this cold I needed something with lots of taste cuz my tastebuds have gone on strike!

Red cabbage is my second favorite veggie Karen. (Pickled beets being the first). I never heard of honey water. Is there a recipe for this? If so, I'd love it!:lovestruc

We're still thinking about it. Have you guys decided on a "theme". Are you limiting the number of palyers? Rach said she and Courtney really want to play tag but I am concerned about room in the suitcase, especially now that Midwest, the airline we usually fly, is jumping on the band wagon and charging for a second checked bag.

I figured it was only a matter of time until Midwest jumped on the band wagon. Where did you hear this?

I put our pictures up on Photobucket as suggested. Here is the link. There are 210 pictures! :faint: (and those are only a fraction.)

Beacuse they know it would just be easier for you to hand them the $40.00 than to work for it. :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Amen to that! :rotfl:

As a matter of fact, YES, I do! :lovestruc

Note to all Super Cops: Watch for mysterious Brit, (aka The Elusive Pimpernal) wearing his "I hate the French" t-shirt, speeding through your lovely streets, waving a toe nail clipper high in the air!!!:hyper: :hyper: :hyper:
