Went and got Fireworks this afternoon for the 4th. The place we go to had 25% off through the 31st, so we went and stocked up.

We usually only spend about $50-$60 at regular prices and have some good stuff. This year we spent over $120 and it was at 25% off. Hoping for a good display this year.

I'm waiting for her to come in and ask what I'm doing.

I guess I should get out there and start working on those front planter beds.

How's my Tennis Partner by the way? We kicked booty.

i suppose they'll get by somehow.

We'll manage Dawg. But it's gonna be hard!

Oops, Jeff is missing. Suz must have noticed he was gone and came looking for him.

We saw fireworks on our drive home the other night.

The place we bought them from is shooting off all their 500 gram cakes tonight in a sample display.

Suz didn't want to buy one, but they had one that did all smiley faces. It was like 16 shots for $45. She just got some individual rockets that do the smiley faces.

I got a big kit that I may actually split in half (do the other half next year). If you figure 2-3 minutes per shot (set-up, lighting, display), we'd be there well over an hour with the box I got.

Never bought a kit before, but I'm hoping it will not disappoint.

We'll make sure we post pictures of all of us at dinner with sad faces for you Mike.

He's so so, but this is the first he's gone out this year. He & Mark went with some of his friends & their dads.
