Ahhhhhhhhhh thanks Nancy - he wont be eating them even if he's not allergic,but Mommy will certainly be celebrating with a small packet of cashews

I got a lovely plant for the lounge - sort of like a lily - cant remember the name

and some plug plants to grow on for my hanging baskets once the frost has passed.

I'm looking forward to wednesday when the garden designer guy comes round
and thursday in a store by us they have their new stock arrive of pots and plants - there are some georgous pots for the patio so I'll be investing in those too - I love summer and messing about in the garden. Our garden is real small compared to your big backyards, but its big enough for a goal post and a pot or two

Neil and I love that announcement on the monorail...we didnt know exactly what he was saying, but Neil always lip-sinks (badly!) each time he says it. I'd definately buy a tshirt - what shop was it in?

I love the one on the monorail at the airport....Welcome to Orlando International Airport....! I really fell like we've arrived. Don't like the one goinf back, mind.

robin put this pic on here earlier but didnt tell the story behind it.
for more years than i care to think about that same guys voice says that saying on the shirt on the monorail (in spanish).
well for all those years, just to pick on the kids(and robin) i try to duplicate what he's saying. however when i say it, it comes out ..
"por pabor montinga cehalpeta si montinga" (translation, please stand clear of the door)

I knew I had read a trivia fact about this:

"Por favor mantenganse alejado de las puertas... Ladies and Gentlemen, please collect your belongings and watch your head and step. Please assist small children by the hand."

Here's a little FUN FACT for you: Did you know that if you add up all the trips the monorails have made since 1971 over the 14.7 mile (23.7 km) track (although the original route was not this long, having been extended in 1981), the total miles logged would be equal to more than 25 round trips to the moon.

I was picking up my paycheck this morning just as my boss' secretary was heading home, she believes she was coming down with the flu.

I saw on The Weather Channel that the flu is widespread in every state but Florida.

I guess we better head to Florida.
