So is anyone making corn beef and cabbage for St Patricks day?
With my Grandmother being from Belfast, it has been a tradition in my household. Yummy

I don't think Hazel even knows what corn beef is............:rolleyes1

Mike's heart surgery was on St. Patrick's Day...

While he was in surgery...Michael (ds) went to the cafeteria and got me something to eat.

He brought back chicken and GREEN mashed potatoes. :rotfl2: I couldn't eat them. I just couldn't get past that color.

I guess I should have closed my eyes.

Ewwwwwwwwwwww, something like Green Eggs and Ham.........

OK, all caught up again. I have to start getting ready as I have an 8:30am appointment to get my annual x-rays of my knees. I see my ortho doc on the 25th for my annual check-up.

Good Morning Guys, I'll check back in later, see ya for now.............:wave2:

Edited to add: I'm down another 2# this week(20 lost in all since 1-1-08), almost to my first goal!!!!!

Good morning folks

Sorry to hear your trips been cancelled Jen:hug: and Shelley:hug:

Wonder if Karen survived Pizza Hut!

Only just- geez - what a disaster - we were there for over 2 hours:sad2: - the staff were useless, the service lousy, the pizzas were burnt and they complained that we made too much noise! - what do they expect??? - a booking for 25 7 year olds???

I was sooooo glad to finally get out of there.

:thumbsup2 I'm with ya Jen!!! Are you sure we were not seperated at birth? I always wanted a sister and Dawg doesn't want to seem to adopt me. :confused3

I'll claim you as a sister, Shelley! I've always wanted a sister- I have an older brother who used to hang me upside down by my ankles!:upsidedow

Oh, and I have never been to IKEA - we don't have one near us. The closest one is over 2 hours away - which may be a blessing in disguise!:rotfl:

Cant believe its lunchtime already:eek:

Neil got up at 6am this morning and I fell straight back to sleep, Ellis came in at 7am with his Nintendo ds and I fell straight back to sleep, the postman woke me up at 8am and I fell straight back to sleep!

I just couldnt wake up this morning. I finally got up at 9.15am and I was still tired!

I didnt sleep much all week cos of Neil being away so I guess I just needed it:confused3 ...

In fact, I'm actually ready for a nap right now:rotfl2: -seriously, I'm shattered!

Met my sister at the park this morning. Ellis is scared of dogs and my sister has a german shepherd so I asked if she minded meeting up so Ellis could be around her a bit. We fed the ducks and he even stroked her back for a second or two at the end. He was ok cos he knew she was on the lead and she's very well trained etc, but its a start.:thumbsup2

It's ok...so far I hadn't done too much planning, but it's still a bit sad. But,we NEED a dry basement, so I should be glad we have the $$ to pay for the work.

Sounds like Pizza Hut was a big pain!

That sounds like progress....Thomas is still scared of big dogs, but we go over to a friend's on Saturdays who has a smaller dog, so now Thomas isn't scared of all dogs, 'cuz he's used to Gracie....

I did it!!! I tried winning this litho onboard during our August 2004 cruise, but I stopped bidding after the price went above $250. I just bought it on eBay for $105. this is an "early" birthday gift to myself..............:goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

It's a good day for ebay....did you see the pins I'm getting?? It's a little thing, but I'm so excited! Especially since the Jedi Mickey is the same graphic I will be using for DH's cruise t-shirt...:goodvibes

I am really trying but it is getting harder and harder these days. BY looking at it you can tell it was on purpose. So in one week she does that to the table and Kyle kicks my van. :headache:

I'm so sorry Carrie...thinking of you....

OK this maybe very undisney sounding of me, but can someone tell me who the heck is Ducky Williams? Sounds like he is sailing with us in August.

Well, just in case someone hasn't answered you...he's the only remaining hand animation artist left for Disney. He does some drawings on stage and tells you stories about he got started - his life story is amazing. And then they pull raffle tickets for his drawings. He also does animation classes. Well worth attending is sessions, Becky. Tag along with me and Rick as we won't miss him.
