Konked Kooler and Strawberry Smoothie. mmmmmm

Speaking of Konked Koolers..here's the recipe:

Konk Kooler
1/2 ounce dark rum
3/4 ounce light rum
1 ounce passion fruit juice - this is what I had to look around for - finally found it at an organic food store
1 ounce pina colada mix
1 ounce orange juice

Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously. Serve in a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a wedge of tropical fruit.

Thanks Mike! SORRY, it took so long to reply. I just spent the greater part of an hour reading about 30 pages to get caught up on the boards. I wasn't sure about the Captain EO reference, so I googled it. Gee thanks, Mike!!!BTW, I enjoyed looking at all the pics you and Robin have posted thus far. They bring back fond memories.

Thanks Robin!!Lori and I would love to have you guys over. She and I have been talking about visiting her Aunt Gloria around the Holidays. She's the one who lives in Medina, just south of Cleveland. We will have to look you guys up if we go.

Pineapple Dole Whip Float....Ok, they made the ice cream green...I have to say, I had trouble getting past it.

Really nice pictures. I especially love the castle one. I don't remember my dole whip with green ice cream. How funny. Maybe it was and it was too dark to see.
