Thanks for well wishers i feel a lot better this morning however am not sure the same can be said for my better half on getting out of bed this morning....

PS...I never knew she knew such words....

For Hazel. As for "those words" you should've been here on Saturday when I slipped on one of Cabo's "gifts" in the yard and almost sat back into it!

We had a few moments of excitement around here yesterday too when Kristin and Jesse futzed around with our reservations too. They are trying to exchange their cruise tickets for tickets for Christmas time and Air Tran was being less than accommodating. But, a few hours later and a phone call from moi, I think we got a pretty good deal and our reservations remain unscathed. Whew!

Always makes me chuckle when i hear what you guys can do with Car hire,Hotels and flights,oh the joys of the UK we can't change ANYTHING once it's booked it booked or they "help you out" for like $200pp.....

Good morning and happy Columbus Day to those of you who celebrate it. Schools & banks are closed here but I think we will still get mail. Getting colder than normal - saw pictures this morning of the mid west & the snow. Wow! We don't have it that bad yet. Suitcases are out & ready, clothes are ready to pack, just have a few items left to get today. It's all over the kids' room - if they come to play they won't find their toys!

I once lost my wedding band on the palace playland waterslide. It was when we were newlyweds and the ring hadn't bent yet to my finger shape. They found it in the skimmer that evening and I got it back after a few hours. The slide also was like a razor and shaved bald spots on the back of my calves. I went on vacation the week after riding the slide with big round circle bald spots on the back of my legs!

You are probably thinking Bill's Pizza. I think that is the best Pizza there as far as I can remember.

Boy, Chris, it's a good thing you found your ring! I don't think they still have tht commercial - or if they do I don't remember hearing it lately.

No talking- with Nancy & leisha!!!! Trying to plan where to meet!!!

The massachussets side of this house is in mouring after both of his teams lost today!

Yes, we are in mourning as well. Actually disgusted since both teams were ahead & blew leads. Oh well, the pressure is off for Sox fans.

Given my geographic location I have resisted the urge to gloat around my friends.

I have not posted a thing on FaceBook and if the Yankees win tonight it will just be something subtle. To the point, but I won't mention the Sox and their loss.

amazing race was a bummer tonite.

I felt so sorry for those guys. I wonder if the passport turned up anywhere & if not how they got out of the country. I suppose CBS could pull strings somehow. I'm still not sure who I'm pulling for to win. Justin & Zev were definitely one of my choices.

Well, I got good news at WW this morning! - I lost a pound.... how the heck that happened I HAVE NO IDEA! - I've been norty all week and I lose a pound.... that means if I'm norty every day on holiday I should come back half a stone lighter I know, wishful thinking, but I have warned the WW leader that my gain will be hideous and not to gasp when I get back on those scales in 3 or 4 weeks.
