Any packing yet? I've got Tianna's shoes ready and that is it. The rest of us have all our stuff laid out. I'm dividing things betweent suitcases in case one bag happens to not make it.

So...does anyone have any pre-vacation traditions?

We usually stay up all night long talking about what we're going to do. Since I'm responsible to wake everyone up the next morning (cuz we never seem to make it by staying awake ALL night) I usually try to get a few hours of sleep.

It will be a bit different Wednesday night though since Kristin and Jesse won't be here to share in the excitement.

Anybody else have any??

Well, real life is already getting in the way. I just got a call from the clinic. Apparently my bloodwork is showing elevated liver enzymes. Gotta re-do it tomorrow.

Hello! I havn't been able to steal the time to get on again. We ended up letting go the Trunk Bay excursion ... still deciding what to do.

I have actually pulled both kids from school early so they don't pick up anything over the next two days. Everyone around here is sick and after having to cancel our last Disney trip with Tianna in January, I'm not taking any chances. My niece and brother in law both have severe H1N1 so we won't be seeing anyone is their family before we go. I took Tianna into the doctor as she has been stuffy and had a headache for the last month or so. Good news ... it's not flu related. Bad news ... she's allergic to the new kitties we got early September. We're going to have to find a new home for them. Gee ... I wonder if Bernie is looking for a new kitty or two.

Question: How many pairs of shoes are you packing? I currently have seven pairs for me and Tianna has six pairs and the guys are bringing less. I am totally over packed I know. Any suggestions?

Dianne - good to see you!!! My Abby (11 yo DD) just started coughing yetserfday, but she feels fine - just some stuffiness. I am SERIOUSLY considering pulling them out of school as well - just to keep them well. SOOOOO nervous about them getting sick and having to cancel this trip!

Hope your niece and BIL get better soon!

On shoes - don't know about DH, but I packed 4 pairs of shoes: 1 black sandals/dressy, 1 pair flip flops, 1 pair water shoes, 1 pair of Tennis shoes!

We only have one bag!!! We are driving so it better not be lost. They did lose one of ours once, the bag of shoes!! Luckily it was at guest services the tag fell off.
