Ours is going to be breakfast with my parents (we're spending Friday nite with them & then they are taking us to the airport) and then lunch on the boat!:banana:
We are staying at and eating with my parents as well, but they are coming with us. :lmao:

I'll post my recipe for Taco soup, since Angie is offline now.

2 points for 1 cup; makes about 12 servings.

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large onion
1 package Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
1 package taco seasoning mix (mild)
1 can pinto beans
1 can mild chile beans
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cans stewed tomatoes

Chop the onion, and brown with the meat. Drain, then add all other ingredients, without draining the water off. Simmer until hot. It's only 2 points, and my daughters LOVE it!

If you like hotter foods, you can step up the taco seasoning, the chile beans, or substitute a can of Rotel spiced tomatoes for one of the cans of tomatoes. I make it mild, since my family doesn't like hot stuff, and put lots of Texas Pete into it.

You can also eat it with Baked Tostitos scoops, which are about 2 points for a serving (usually about 12 chips).
Sounds yummy, thanks.

Hi Janice! That's great Bryce is getting around better, torn ACL's are NO fun. :sad2:

Rhee sent Mackenzie an e-mail last week. :) she's using my computer to check her account because the kid's crashed theirs.. again. :rolleyes1
I will have her check her email after school.

This is getting close!!!! I am tempted to bring my blender to the Raddisson and make us our own drinks friday night!!!

What !!!! I was left behind!!! Darn this job!!

Hey peeps,

Sorry, been MIA. I got really sick this weekend and spent the entire weekend in bed! :scared1:

I will start a new thread soon :thumbsup2

Sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well. I bet it was all that darn snow :headache: I hope that you are feeling better quickly :flower3:

Good morning everyone

Just was thinking of ya'll, thought I would stop by for a quick hello, since Mackenzie is into doing the countdown. 18 days by her count. Can't wait. As many of you know Bryce tore his ACL in a HS soccer game, we have opted for surgery once we return from the cruise. The Dr gave us the choice, & we knew he wouldnt' be up for traveling or fun if we did it before. He is in therapy right now, and is walking better, so I don't think we will have any limitations, & will continue with the excursion that we have planned.
The weather is cold here, so may get most of the packing done soon. The next couple wks will be crazy busy, working, getting Bryce to therapy a couple times/wk, I have to go out of town for work, & still following Bryce's team as they continue in tournament play. Mark is gone for work the week we leave & doesn't return until the night we have to drive to the airport, so bags need to be packed soon.
Hope everyone is doing well, hope to catch up with everyone on the boat.
Will try to stop by when possible. Keep me posted if I miss anything important. Cant' wait to see everyone is a couple wks.
