As a teen, I'm ashamed to say, I was WAAYYY worse than Emily.

I'm here, just posting on my iPhone which is not as easy as I'd like. Can't multi quote! Looks like my self induced upgrade went through. If a bunch of cat 9's get free upgrades now, I'll be really bummed!

Yep, I was just yelling at them to stop fighting the a short time later my daughter does something cute and I just can't help kissing her. I must appear schizophrenic to them.

Remind us--you went from what to what?

I was cat 9 and updraded to cat 6 GTY. Here's my thinking: right now there is only cat 6 Gty and two cat 5 rooms avail. My guess is that Disney will be calling those Cat 5's for upgrade to cat 4. That will open a few rooms but when one looks at the sheer number of cat 8 and 9's. The odds are against me as to if I will get one of those calls. Now, if cat 5 rooms come avail due to upgrades to cat 4 I figure that as a GTY I may take a cat 5 room. If not at least I'll score a cat 6.

Well that was interesting....

My daughter (who is supposed to be sleeping) yelled out "I want to poop in the potty mommy!"


So I RAN upstairs to find her completely nekked!!


And I sat her on the potty....nothing!

Stall tactic

Sounds like a great stalling tactic! (They learn so quickly!) She'll get it really soon - it's like a switch - one day they won't do it - the next day - it's POTTY all the TIME!!

Supper is done!!! The neighbor kids are over as one of their parents is with Elaine on her way to the concert and the other parent is tied up at a Little League game.

I let them eat at the kitchen table and moved myself to the dining room.

How did the sleepover go?? Everyone get up alright (it was your kids that did that last night, right?? Maybe it was Steve....)

If Andy can't do it, I can have Sean do it. I will be in my room feeling sorry for myself that day.
We are however going to book a 4 dayer out of LA in June. We're slumming it though on Carnival, but our close friends will be cruising with us.

We'll be thinking of you Becky!!! Every time I wear one of the Mickey dresses - you will be thought of.

Did Rose post any pictures of their dinner with Lori and Scott?

Not yet - can't wait to see them!!!

Why is there only 4 of us chatting when the list show these people as well?

Sorry - I was catching up on the hundreds of posts you post-a-thons were doing !!! It's been a week or so since we had that many! Love it!!!

They also say that if you pick your room, you are less likely to get one, but I don't know if that is true or not. I'd like one, but we're just happy to be cruising. I have had a couple of "teenager" moments here today, so I wish we were leaving now.

Cool pic, Cass. It actually made Emily come over to the computer. Can you believe she has the nerve to be mad at us for grounding her? She broke curfew last night, came home really late when she was supposed to be spending the night at a friend's house, left there and went to her boyfriend's house (parents were home) instead of coming home. I freaked out when Moose woke me up out of a dead sleep when she got home.

Grounded til October.

Paige - So sorry she gave you trouble - but at least she did come home when the other stuff was happening (but I'd ground her too!!

Whew! Lots to catch up! I missed a lot of you today - Karen, Nancy, Heather, Jeff... just to name a few (that I can remember - my brain is fried!!)

I worked on my DisTag gifts - finishing them up and I'm ALMOST done!! I also completely finished my Door magnets and all the t-shirts for us! I ordered some of the "Twinklin Transfers" from Ebay - one for each of the girls and did those tonight as well - SUPER CUTE!!

Well - have some more cruise stuff to do - will try to check in again tonight later!

So how does a cat 5 improve his chances to be a cat 4?

Actually, I don't think Beth would let me switch the cabin. We booked the same cabin that we had on our first cruise in the Med. We only have two cruise under our belt. One on the Magic and one on the Wonder. The kids want to book the same room on each ship whenever we go back. That way it is like have a floating home away from home they say. We can just wonder who is staying in "our" cabin while we are away.
