If anyone is going to Epcot before or even after our cruise, there is a pair of sunglasses with the flag of Norway on the lens, sold in the Norway pavillion, of course, that my son loves but broke his set.
I've tried to find them online but they're really hard to find/and or order.

So I told him that I'd see if anyone from the boards here was going and could pick them up and I'd reimburse them.

I believe they were only about $20 or so last August.

We're going after if no one else gets you the glasses Rose.

Today is the first day I have read the dis in about a week. the last 10 pages. We have been really busy. Getting to hotel late and downloading pictures on facebook. I will begin to read and post every night starting Monday. I have really missed talking to everyone. This has been our summer. mind you a fantastic summer one that we will never forget. We have been to 30 states so far. One more to go. We have gone over 15,000 miles since May 14th.
We were only home for 3 weeks in July. We have seen lots of great scenery and wildlife. All kinds of rock formations. See all kinds of weather. rain, hail, sleet, cold, hot, very hot and very cold. Now it is very hot. We have two more long days left and we will be home. We are in Flagstaff, Arizona. We still need to go through New Mexico. Walt and I have had a blast. Now I am going back home to help my daughter with grandkids. I will be a "Gramma taxi" to football, cheerleading, gymnastics and school activities. My daughter has had to slack off alittle while we were gone so she has to make up for lost time. I have not read the last 100 posts so if I have missed anything important please repost. Mike good luck at the doctors. Good nite to all my great new and old friends. Talk to you all later.

Hiya Walt and Di. Good to see you here. Sounds like you're having a blast on your trip. Oh and at least I can say I'e been somewhere where you've been now. We stayed in Flagstaff on our coach tour. How are you getting on with the high altitude up there?

Well I've beaten Karen on here this morning and now the works starts in ernest.

See you later.

Ok, here's a "kids say the funniest things" moment from my house today....

I got my pirate costume in the mail today, and I was trying it on to see if it fit. Thomas asks what the dress is for, and I tell him it's for Pirate night on the Disney boat. He says,"Oh, so that's a wench dress?" And I said, "Huh?" To which he replied, matter of factly, " A woman pirate is called a wench".

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

CUTE:cutie:

You sure did Heather - I was up at 5am with Ellis - (he'd had a bad dream) but I managed to get him in our bed at 6am when Neil went to work and we didnt wake up til 9am!:eek::eek: - 9am! :eek::eek: - practically lunchtime!:scared1:

I'm normally on about job 5 by now! - that "to do" list is LOOOOONG today:rolleyes:

Morning Karen.

Can't sleep tonight, so I'm up. I knew this would happen sometime this week. :sad2:

Sorry I won't be able to stay and chat, but I'm going to try and get some sleep. I hope I can sleep until 9:00. That would be great.

If not, see you in about 3 hours. :eek:

A person could be blind and they could see what you look like. :lmao:
BTW, nice to see you have time to DIS. Haven't seen an email as of late. :snooty: :rotfl2:

Have you always been so cruel or have you had to practice?.....:sad2:

Evening Cass.

Now that my schedule should be back to normal, I have to start thinking about working out in the mornings again. Everytime I have to break (i.e. audit, vacation, etc) I get off track and take forever to get back on.

5 years ago after my back surgery I was going so well until the audit time. I actually lost 45 pounds in about 3 months. Worked out morning and evening and watched what I ate. Then I have no time for it and start eating crap.

I'll still win my bet with Fatty (AFEG). :rofl:

Someone would appear to be desperate....:snooty:

Sounds like something DW's sister would say to her.

BTW Cass, no way you're near Steve's weight. You look a LOT light than that.

And Steve did what prey tell for such a comment to be made?.....come on DISS people take away his green light.....:sad2:

Am leaving now as my therapist tells me all this constant abuse from a cyber bully could damage a shy delicate soul like me.......:angel:

I know who won it :rolleyes1 :woohoo::cool1:

It's really hard to lose weight for me. When my sister found out how much I have been exercising these past few months she said "Geez, if I did what you did, I would be a stick! AND I could still eat cupcakes!"

:sad2: :lmao:

I hate her :worried:

Just kidding :goodvibes

I am right there with you. I have been to step class every day and a few times twice a day, and nothing is happening. I have been really good about watching what I eat, only slipped a few times and nothing............ugh.
None of my cruise clothes are going to fit.

Uh! - it just gets worse - Neils home!:eek:

12.30 and he's home!:eek:

All week its been 7-8pm, but today, when I need him out the way, its 12.30:confused3

Men!:rolleyes:

Come on girl you will make it. I think some of us are in the same boat. Since last years cruise im up 9 LBS. Im trying to follow Nancy and her WW system. I will admit it if you follow it it works . It sound crazy you weigh and measure the food you eat each meal it works and you eat the right foods chicken,fish,beef in all cases you can only have 4oz.
A normal meal for Nancy and I for supper for example is 4OZ of grilled chicken half of a baked potato and some kind of cooked vegi.
What I have found out Joanne is to stay away from the snacking between meals. Feel hungary drink water.
Nancy and I have been trying to walk at least 3 miles each day.
Keep working at it I know you will do it

if I'm not watching what I eat, but once I decide to pay attention, it just drops off of me. Sometimes scary fast.

Now, Steve, I thought you were a nice guy. We only want to hear how HARD it is to get the weight off, don't we ladies?:rotfl: Seriously, do you find it easier or harder when you are working those 12 hour shifts?

For Cinnamike and Robin....:grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:

You might be over doing it a bit Joanne. Up your food intake up a bit. You need to keep your body burning the fat and if you don't eat enough it stores it to help with extra exercise. A slimming club leader once told me to think of your body as a fire..too much food and you put out the fire, too little and you starve a fire. Either way, your body just stores the fuel.

We can hope thanks for the support. We usually eat about the same minus the potato. Roger buys his own snacks so I don't see it or like it!!

Or you guys will just see me in the same black pants every night!!

Good for you guys. Try the old trick of keeping a food journal. Be honest and write everthing down. You'll be surprised when you read back, what exactly you've eaten.

:scared1:We have rain...lots of it. Give us back our sun!

We have both sun & rain, typical florida. I hope it clears, I want to quit work early today and float!!!
