:banana::banana:First Day of School!!:banana::banana:

Here is Emily with her friend, Reilly. Reilly has spent the last week with us; she returns to her home in Gulf Breeze, FL, today. She is one of Emily's best friends and we will all miss her.

Here is Derek, my 8th grader.

And Alex, the 4th grader.

Wow, the kids look great Paige. So grown up and all good looking:thumbsup2

I really like Emily's hair. Very pretty.

Laura took Stuart in to have his teeth sealed. He freaked out. So it wasn't done, I told him that he'd better be doing double time on the brushing until the next appt because I was gonna have his hide if he got a cavity.

Well - we are done at the dentist and Becca did AMAZING!!! No nitrous gas needed. They did her sealants on 3 of the teeth without a cavity as well. It was funny on the drive over, she was just asking "didn't we just GO to the dentist? Why do we need to go again?" Me being the "bad mommy" didn't tell her why (anticipation of bad stuff is WORSE for her).

She did amazing!! I'm so proud of her! Got a shot and everything.

Abby had to get a chip in her front tooth fixed (a kid in second grade kicked her in the face and got a small chip... since braces are coming soon, wanted to get it fixed before those went on).

Ouch!:headache: Poor kiddo!

Congrats to Becca:cool1:

:rotfl:

Sean has only had one cavity ever, and he's 19 now.
He's been having his teeth sealed since he was old enough to get them done.
It is the best money ever spent:goodvibes

Yes it is, neither of my kids 20 & 23 have any fillings!! The only novicane they ever had was having their wisdom teeth pulled.

Heather, just wanna say thanks for posting that post from jsolar :thumbsup2

Guess they've made some awesome changes to Flounders booking and I was able to log onto dcl.com and book an additional 8 hours of Flounders for Kira :cool1:

They also now have babysitting the first night so Rob and I will be in RBD. Rob missed all the action last cruise but not this cruise!!! :woohoo:

Hey Mikey, can you put on a repeat performance for him please :rolleyes1

Dinner is done, now just relaxing at home for a bit. Elaine is catching up on one of her shows on the DVR. I am in the mood for a little Star Wars tonight. Jay and me watched Return of the Jedi before dinner. I am thinking Empire Strikes Back is in order for this evening. :thumbsup2:happytv:

In regards to my previous post about the availability of food for purchase on AirTran, it appears that they only have beverage service. I may try to have a decent breakfast that morning, either at Port Orleans, or at MCO.
I wonder if the sealants are that thick that they feel bigger?
I didn't think they were though.:confused3
I have had them. It is just a weird texture to get used to. It kind of smooths out the surface of the tooth. I got my first cavity at 19, my second at 22. I have been hearing the phrase, "great checkup" ever since! :thumbsup2

I think that can be arranged. I'll make sure I have lipstick on me, but you may have to take off your bra Cass. Sorry. :rotfl2:

Hmmmm...we could always get Rob to do it this time. I'm sure he'd love that. :thumbsup2

Nah, it wouldn't be as fun though because we couldn't bug him every day about it for the next 2 years :rolleyes1

Oh and my bra stays on  :lmao::rotfl2: I think it's Nancy's turn :rolleyes1

not at all.;) looking forward to 7 more years of diet pepsi, eh Rose?:lmao::wizard:

Don't know, I think there will be a LOT of Diet Coke drunk next year. But hey, there's always about 36% true Diet Pepsi drinkers - going to that number pretty quick. ;)

I'm not quite understand the whole anger thing over changing the ports due to storm conditions. Do they want to go to the stormy islands instead? Would they rather the cruise cancelled and rescheduled? The way I see it, a double dip cruise is "da bomb" and I'd have no prob with being diverted to Castaway Cay for an entire week!

My only anger is the fact that you would have paid a premium for the Tortola cruise (priced high from the get go by DCL) and now just get a Western. That would upset me.

But then again, don't book the cruise for August or September, the busiest months for Hurricanes.

WELL WELL WHAT CAN I SAY CHRIS YOU WERE RIGHT TO BE WORRIED

BURNLEY THE MIGHTLY CLARETS 1 MAN UTD THE CHAMPS O

THATS RIGHT EVERYBODY BURNLEY 1 MAN UTD 0

COME ON CHRIS YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME MY TIME IN THE SUN WHILST IT LASTS MY FRIEND:thumbsup2

OH DID I SAY WE JUST BEAT :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:MAN UTD:rotfl2::rotfl2:

SEAN :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

Good for you, Sean! It's fun to win, isn't it? Milk it for all it's worth!:thumbsup2

True on both counts, Big Daddy!

Yeah I am not concerned about it. In fact, it is almost perfect in my opinion. Does anyone know how AirTran's on board food is? Is it food for purchase? I don't think we will grab lunch at MCO, so I will hope to be able to buy something decent. If not, I'll eat good in Maine when we get home at 2:15.

I'd eat at the food court in MCO. The food is hit or miss, but always cold. I think you might be able to see what they are serving or have to offer on their website.

Evening Paige. How are you tonight?

How did the first day of school go today?

DS finished camp today. I'm now off the next 4 weekdays with him. Can't wait to sleep in tomorrow.

The first day went off without a hitch! As it turns out, the 4th grade teachers will be rotating, so Alex will have 3 teachers this year. I am happy about that.

So you and DS have big plans, eh?

So Jeff, I saw that you and Steve were talking about upgrades. Although we are happy with our choice (really I wanted a verandah, but I didn't want to fork over the dough) of cat 11, room 6567, the idea of upgrading intrigues me. When DCL is handing out upgrades, is it usually a 3 category jump? I would love to get upgraded, but I don't want a cat 9 on decks 1 or 2..

Just wondering and procrastinating loading the dishwasher...
