Hey all! Haven't caught up from this afternoon, but wanted to post these pictures and give everyone (Mike) the chance to point and laugh at my sad excuse for an attempt of a FE.

Here is the BEAUTIFUL one that I bought from Bonny in Alabama.

Here is a side by side comparison - apparently I didn't realize what size FE were!!!

Ok now - point and laugh everyone (it's ok - I have done it myself!)

Other than the humongousness of it, it's not that bad Angie, you are too hard on yourself

Can anyone tell me what online forms need to be filled out? I can only pull up minor authorization and the medical form. Where are the others?

There's the credit card authorization form, the flight info form, and the online check-in stuff with all your details (passport # etc.) then once those are all completed, you can print off your cruise contract and sign it and you are done Bring contract with you

What are you listening to Illuminations music on? Internet radio or possibly a webcam site?

Hello all,

I can't believe how close we are getting to the cruise. Our summer travel is over now and our next trip out of state will be for the cruise.

I just got back from Las Vegas last night. I flew out to pick up my daughters that were visiting their grandparents for three weeks. It was quite an ordeal getting there on Friday/Saturday though. Lots of weather delays. I rebooked after my Friday afternoon flight missed the last connection in New York. Then on Saturday it took me all day to get to Las Vegas. I even ended up in White Plains, NY on the way because our plane was running out of fuel trying to get to JFK.

Oh well, all behind me now.

That's where I got it! I don't normall shop on ebay, but recently have been buying some stuff there. Mine is the same one as the on the top of the page (if you type in Fish Extender in the search). I added a pocket to mine (to make it 3 pockets), an extra mickey head AND our names and I think including shipping, it was around $45 - TOTALLY worth every single cotton pickin penny!

Yes, they came home with me yesterday from Las Vegas.

I have a confession to make...

While the girls were in Las Vegas, Beth and I stole away for a quick two night trip to WDW!!!

We went down August 9th through the 11th. We stayed at Saratoga Springs for the first time in a Studio. It was great! We usually stay at Old Key West or Beach Club. We are now on a mission to try all of the DVC resorts over our next few trips.

The quick trip was so easy too. We flew down with carry on bags only. Took the Magical Express to Saratoga Springs. The room was ready to check in when we arrived at noon. Then it was off to the parks. We managed to go to EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and a brief visit to Downtown Disney during our stay. The only bad part was that I left my new pair of sunglasses in the bathroom right before we left. We had gone swimming and I went in to change shortly before the airport bus came. I realized that I had left them 30 minutes later. Of course, they were gone, and nobody turned them in.

Why can't I ever lose the old broken pair instead of the brand new perfect ones?

Was there ever anymore discussion of a Virginia/DC/Maryland DISmeet?

We are heading up to the Leesburg outlets this weekend to get some clothes.... would love to have lunch with you and the family. We aren't planning anything FANCY - just eat at the food court at the mall (I hear its nice!!) Let me know if you still want to meet (and Paige and Lori too!!)

I love the countdown chain Steve---never would have thought of doing that.

Thanks. It's a tradition that we started with Our WDW 2006 trip. Last Christmas we suprised the kids with our Feb WDW by putting a countdown chain in a box and having them unwrap it.

Stuart and Leah take turns cutting off the links and they look forward to it each day.

We even have milestones for the chain. First Milestone is when it is a long as I am. (We know that it's getting close) Then when it is as Tall as Stuart. Then when it is as tall as Leah. (That's packing time!)

Thanks!! I got all the fabric from Walmart! I even looked at Joanns and Hancock fabrics and they didn't have as good of a selection!

I will talk to Dave to see if we can push it back a couple hours... I just checked Mapquest and it's a 2 1/2 hour drive for us and we are having Dave's mom come with us (she is a SHOPPING queen!) I think as long as we leave the Leesburg area by 5 we will be fine. I really want to meet you guys and I think the girls would really love to meet Sarah and Megan too (they have been talking about it!!)

Let me know what time you will be able to meet and I will talk with Dave and his mom to see if that's doable.
