When I was in WA my inlaws had BBC America. Got hooked on a show I think was called Clean House, had 2 ladies that went into houses that were beyond filthy and cleaned them up.

That was probably "How Clean is your Home". I am amazed how dirty some people are. I have only watched a couple of episodes. I can't watch it as it makes me gag.
