Thank you. Lovely photos.

Thanks! Megan really looked pretty and Jose was not too bad himself. Ryan smiled the whole day. I noticed we did not take pictures of Ryan and Alisha together. Oh well the real photographer did. I am going to have Tommy post some pictures to the thread tonight.

Our group has grown. Megan (DD), Jose (future SIL), Phoebe (DM), Jim (DF retired Air Force) and Jose's parents (Sergio and Xomaria) have decided to go since he told them his big surprise for Megan. We still want to sit with you all and they can all sit together. Megan and I are the only ones that want to do the Palo brunch. Tommy, Megan Jose and I will be staying after the cruise for MNSSHP. Xomaria does not speck english very well but I told her she will do fine.

How fun, does she not think something is up with all the parents coming? When it gets closer have them link to you and we will all be together. We sant with a family with the parents from Columbia in May and it went well. we had a few words that were hard to understand but it was all good.

Good.

Come on Chaps and Chapesses. Lets get this party started.:banana::banana::banana:

That's right we have not heard from Jeff lately.

Chris - Did you have a good time on your trip? Were you forces to leave the US due to the trouble you and Jeff caused?:scared1:

We had a wonderful time thanks, and yes before you ask as "Arnie" would say "we'll be back"......:rolleyes1

ps...Plus the fact Jeff has been refused entry into the the UK,he was doing fine on his VISA application until he came to the "Occupation" question....."We don't need your kind here thank you".....:snooty:

Oh well...this Party Animal is gonna split and leave you all too it.:rotfl2:

Karen - swap for Turkey or Quorn. Lot lower in fat.

Rick and I regularly use the quorn mince for a bolognaise or shepherds pie and the diced quorn for a Tikka Curry. We use the ww low fat ready made sauces.

The tomato sauces are also lower in fat. I've also used the Campbells Low fat soups as a sauce.

Is turkey much lower than chicken? I usually buy lean skinless chicken breasts. I quite like quorn - good idea - Neil, however, would rather eat his own smelly socks than eat quorn:rotfl2:.... "stupid pretend meat" - I think thats what he called it:rotfl2:

I need to look out for WW sauces :thumbsup2 - I was in a hurry on my last shop so just got what I knew rather than having time to browse. Which ones are nicest?

Just made a lovely meal:cloud9:

I did baked stuffed mushrooms to start (mostly stuffed with veggies then topped with a teeny bit of cheese)

Then chicken in a white wine sauce - (low in fat)
with pasta - (just a little) and loads of cauliflower - bar boiled then sprinkled with a little of the white wine sauce and topped with sprinkles of stilton and baked - georgous! - and hardly any points!

I did have a slice of garlic bread but I'm still within my points.

Its taking a lot more effort preping the meals, but I'm enjoying them and filling up on more veggies than ever before!:yay:

Anyone got any easy chicken or vegetarian recipes that are low in points?

Karen, didn't I send you all my WW recipes that I have stored on my pc? I have slow cooker recipes, freeze ahead and smoothies. Would you like me to email them to you? :cutie:

I am here. After looking at me in the wedding pictrues I have got to get back om the wagon and lose some weight. :scared1: It amazing that I feel much thinner than I look.:lmao:

I was over on Facebook but didn't see any wedding pictures Leisha. I'm sooo lost over there. :headache:

So, does mine count as the last googley from the last thread???

Matthew :)

Matthew, the game is on your honor since we have no official score keeper anymore. I always think the last poster on the old thread should get bonus googleys! :lmao: Have at it buddy! :goodvibes

Well, I'm off to pack up a moving van and say farewell to Jesse and Kristin who are moving to Arizona tomorrow.

It's been a sad day here already and tonight will only be worse.

Can I ask my BOBer friends to say a little prayer for a safe trip for them please?

Thanks kids. :grouphug:

Ok, I have to share this with you guys....

This is the BEST personal Disney vacation video I have ever seen (including mine! ;))

Kira and I watched it twice and then the three of us watched it all together. :goodvibes:cool1::thumbsup2

Here is the thread so you can comment on it if you want, the link is in the first post...

Hi guys, just checking in.

Went through excrutiating pain this am at work when my kidney stone moved!:scared:
Bob took me to the emergency room. They gave me good meds and now I have to take some Flomax to open up my tubes and pass it at home.
They sent me home with good drugs too, but warned me that passing a stone is like giving birth:eek:

Poor Bob, yesterday he popped some muscle in his calf, actually heard it pop!, can barely walk... but drove over to my workplace and picked me up to take me to ER. Then went to his MRI appt.

Between, the ferret, Bob and I were all in rough shape here:sick:

Hopefully I can get Sean to do something:rolleyes:
