Holy smokes L has grown a lot in a year!

I just measured him yesterday. He has grown an inch since that picture.

Just glad the growing is occurring during shorts season (no need to keep buying pants).

Our nephew grew 5 inches one summer. Not sure if L will grow that much, but an inch in a month is a lot.

yep. i do wish.pirate:pirate::laughing:

speaking of pillow fights...bernie get all moved in to her house this weekend??

Yup, yesterday was their big move day and Rob said that they were just done when he had to leave to come pick me up :thumbsup2

Back from dinner. It was good. The ribs were excellent.

Going to go to the pool in a little bit before it closes. L doesn't want to go though because he thinks the 10 people in there now is too many.

I'm the same way! LOL!

Just some random pictures. Nothing too exciting.

Here are Stacy and Kristin when we had our Girl's Shopping Day in Illinois last month.

All your girls together :cloud9::love:

Had an arguement on someone this morning:rolleyes1:sad2:

Not the best of starts to the day:sad2:

Some people huh? :sad2: Unfortunately there's a lot of idiots in this world! I hope she doesn't return to your close!!

if its not too late, robin decided she wants to do palo brunch too. and since i'll follow my sweet polly anywhere, i'll tag along. (but i wont eat. i'll smuggle in some chicken tenders)
what do we have to do? email cass to put us on the bob list?

I've added you guys as well as Angie :thumbsup2

I'm with ya on Palo though Mike. We didn't care for it last time and actually cancelled our dinner ressies when we came back from brunch. I stood in line at RBD for an hour on embarkation day to get those ressies too! What a waste of time that was.

But....I agreed to give it another chance. This time when all that fancy food is force on me by our server I'll know better to be firm yet pleasant and just speak up. We didn't do that last time and Marco was a bit overpowering. :confused3

Brunch is a lot less "stuffy" than dinner. But there is a lot of fancier foods at the buffet tables but you can also order more plain stuff off the menu :thumbsup2 Don't be shy, they will cater to your every need, just ask ;)

Does anyone know how we go about linking everyone's ressies so that we all get to eat in the same restaurant each night?

I still haven't figured out exactly how to plan my own, so I hope someone will be in charge of the linking lol

I'm pretty sure I put some info on the Dining page on the BOB, might have to double check that :thumbsup2

Holy smokes L has grown a lot in a year!

So Nancy add hugs all the way around from me too please this weekend.
Cass- please pay it forward and hug AFEG from me (I gave him your's on the PC cruise) ;)

I will be glad to :goodvibes

Ok, the others did a good job of explaining the dining....just want to make one thing clear....

Linking your ressies is something YOU have to make sure is done IF you want to be seated in the same area of the restaurants. I can add your name to the list on the BOB site BUT this is just for informational purposes only! That way, you know who is interested in linking and then YOU have to make arrangements with those people.

Like Jeff said....Unless you want a huge hassle, DO NOT link BEFORE you make your online ressies at 90 days out.

And keep in mind that when you have that many people linking, there might be some problems but you can fix that once you get to the dining room on the first night.

Happy linking everyone :goodvibes pixiedust:

Good morning everyone. I am at work after a killer workout at the gym. I worked so hard, I started getting nauseous! My workout partner said, "then its working." One of the trainers said given the muscles I was working it was typical. I had to go outside and walk around and get fresh but humid air. 90 minutes later I am fine just hungry as I wasnt' able to eat breakfast.

I was just on the phone with my dad and we were talking cruise. Final payment is coming up quick and we both agreed the cruise would be here before we know. It's hard to believe its July 1st on Wednesday!!!!

I explained to him that although our return flight was changed to two hours earlier, that will actually help us with our rental car as we won't have to rush back to the airport now and wait around to keep the 24 hr rate. I got a 12 passenger van for the 7 of us. It will be nice to all drive together. From MCO to the Port, it was cheaper to get two full size cars though. I would have got a minivan, but not all have the deep well in the back for luggage, and I don't want to be in a position where we don't have enough room.

Wow thats a long post. Sorry for rambling! I guess it is do to be alone at home. I am just begging for social interaction!
Hey remember there is a Massachusetts driver on this thread. My dad just told me last week I was a great driver. I drove him everywhere he needed to go.
I knew you would say something which is why I chose my words very carefully. I said a "large percentage." You fall into the small percentage that are good drivers. It must be those years in Texas that improved your skills. :lmao:

Hi all,

Back from Atlanta, Sox won one lost one. Two good games. I think there were more Sox fans than Braves. It was so hot. Sundays seats were in the shade so it was much easier to take. Traffic was awful and the ride back was rainy. But nice to be home.
I'm heading to New York tomorrow evening for a Yankee game. I am hoping the weather is decent.

my kid beat me at golf again.:headache:
you'd think he'd have a little mercy on an old man with a bad heart.:rolleyes1:laughing:

DAY 3 on DCL fantasy island.
played a little bball with a great kid from WI. i think his name was tony.
his parents must be really nice because he seemed like a great kid.:cool2:
he must like the Lakers though because he was wearing lots of Kobe Bryant attire.:rotfl2::lmao:

I think its Palo brunch today. Talk about taking one for the team(robin).:hug::lmao:

Its "scar nite" at rockn bar d. No men admitted without a scar.
Rick and i will rule tonite!!!!!
(babes beware)

At home grabbing a quick lunch. I was told to take it easy after working out hard, so I am having a bowl of clam chowder. I have BBQ chicken marinating though for supper tonight.

:lmao: But rain and overcast you guys can handle?? That is exactly the way it is here in Virginia - we melt when it's too hot, we whine when it's too cold and we can't drive in the rain!

Sounds just like England:rotfl: - we have storms right now - bouncing hard rain and thunder..... I'm wating here with my camera for when it starts lightening.

How tall is he now Jeff? He sure looks like he's grown a LOT:eek:

I'll have to measure Ellis - havent done it since christmas:rolleyes1

you mean like this??:rotfl:

DSC00458.jpg

be happy to help him. but Bigred may beat me to him.:lmao:

Mike, you brought a lap top along? Yes, that's exactly what I mean. Poor Tuna..looks like he's drowning. :sad1:

Today is day three??? Sea day # 2. I guess I just finshed my second day of walking while the sun rises, nice to chat and walk Nancy! Saw Karen & Cass up here taking pictures of the beautiful sunrise and rainbows.

I think today is our Palo brunch with all you crazy people!! Can't wait. There better be some Shrimp left Dan........

See you by the pool!!!

Sorry, I thought you changed your mind about Palo Joanne. I didn't see your name on the BOBer Brunch list on Cass' site. Looks like Dan and Nancy K are also missing. Anyone else???

I should really sorting Ellis' camping gear ready for the weekend. The amount on the list they need to take is crazy.... and it all comes back clean... the dirty little things hardly ever wash or change their clothes:rotfl2:

:lmao:

Trying to figure what to eat tonight:confused3.
I cant make my mind up.
Ellis is at karate tonight for 2 hours so he'll be eating a quick meal real early then a snack afterwards.
Its my "last meal before weigh in" so I dont want to blow it now:rolleyes1

This heat puts me off cooking, but if I eat any more salad I'm going to turn into a cucmuber:rotfl:

I have a good snack idea Karen. I'm not sure if you have this stuff in the UK though. I love a chopped up granny smith apple (1/2 apple = 1 pt) 1 cup of WW Caramel Yogurt (1 pt) and 1 cup of Fiber One cereral (1 pt). Mix it all together and it tastes like a Caramel Apple!! :thumbsup2 (Well, close enough anyway.)

WW peeps - has anyone made the butternut squash and red pepper soup? - the zero points one? If so, is it nice?

I never heard of that one Karen. Our zero point soup is a ton of veggies and waaaaay too much cabbage. Let's just say after a couple days of this, you don't want to be in close quarters with anyone else. :goodvibes

OMG!!! If Tony see's this post he'll toss you overboard! He's about a big a Kobe fan as his momma is. We no likey Kobe.

Chuck & Tony will be at RBD tonight with their scars too. Do us women have to show ours? :scared1:

BTW...does anyone know if they ever recovered the body of the weirdo who was peeking in the SPH cabin? I heard Big Red jumped in after him but the impact deflated her "personalities" and she's no where to be found now either. :thumbsup2

:yay:ANOTHER 1/2 HOUR AND AFEG AND MRS AFEG WILL ARRIVE IN CHICAGO!!!:yay:

Ill offer to show off my scar on my thigh to all who are interested...

Chuck will show anyone the one on his knee but certainly not the other scar! :scared1: (If ya know what I mean.....:rolleyes1)

I've not heard of fiber one cereal - is it like a porridge or crunchy?

I never heard of that one Karen. Our zero point soup is a ton of veggies and waaaaay too much cabbage. Let's just say after a couple days of this, you don't want to be in close quarters with anyone else. :goodvibes

I can post your the recipe if you like. I bought the ingredients - just havent got round to making it today.

Yeah, they must have, because someone mentioned they saw him in a red dress on the dance floor last night. His bra was over his clothes so he must have been drunk when he got dressed:lmao: Either that or starved of oxygen whilst his head was stuck in Big Reds cleavage:lmao:

Just had a dip in the jacuzzi. Now I'm off to get a mickey ice cream and relax on deck 10, or maybe I'll try to find that secret deck that isnt so secret anymore. Or maybe I'll go to that coffee place and eat all their little eclairs again.
