Boy did we have a good day and evening yesterday. I'm here at stupid o'clock as Karen calls it. Haven't been able to shake off the jet lag yet!

Perhaps if I'm still awake in a couple of hours, I'll pop up to Deck9 & 10 and catch me a sunrise, oh and a cup of tea:yay:

We bopped the night away in RBD and Golden Mickeys was superb. Dinner was so much fun, but Rick and I both ate way too much, so we had to got back to the cabin to change.

Anyway...I need to try and catch a few zzzzzz. Back later

Morning Karen and Heather. Looks like I missed you ladies already.

I was up in the middle of the night so I thought I'd check the internet connection here at the hotel. It cut out right in the middle of posting last night (sorry to those I was talking to at the time).

I figured I'd try the internet now - need to do some last minute work stuff (fiscal year-end is Tuesday).

gotta go to the post office - I've sold quite a bit of Ellis' old designer clothes - shorts etc on the Dibb. Every £ helps:woohoo:

Had an arguement on someone this morning:rolleyes1:sad2:

Not the best of starts to the day:sad2:

I was leaving the Close to take Ellis to school and some woman swings in fast and starts driving past us. Ellis was on his scooter and had to swerve to miss her.

Now, when the Close was built it was a private road, no access for anyone other than residents - only 5 homes... now the council have "adopted" it so anyone in theory can park in it, although there isn't really anywhere for people to park without blocking our drives, so no-one ever does.. Basically there is no footpath on either side of the Close, so we all walk down the road, knowing that everyone in the Close drives VERY slowly as we all know theres toddlers about etc. Well, I asked this woman very politely to use crawl speed if she was going to use our Close to park in to drop her kids off at school. She gave me a real mouthful and almost ran over my toes!:mad:..Bad move lady!

I kept my calm, didnt swear once, but really gave her what for. :rolleyes1

My final comments to her were" Nice,... I bet your children are really proud that their Mommy uses languge like that in front of them. I'm sure by year 1 your son will be using the same language to his teacher:thumbsup2. Congratulations, You're really setting a great example.:thumbsup2"

As I was saying this she was still f'ing her head off and didnt even see the neighbours little toddler come running out of his drive as he does every morning while his Mom is lockng the front door (He's quite a handful these days and refuses to go in the buggy) and she went to pull away:scared1:... I screamed at her to stop. She went a little white... I leant in the car window and said "I rest my case. Don't worry about running over a 2 year old, you just make sure you have a great day".

I wonder if she'll park in the Close tomorrow:rolleyes1

That did sound ambiguous, didn't it? I mailed some Disney things that Suz wanted.:goodvibes

I edited my post last night because I realized you were talking about a pm. Sorry. :cool2:

:lmao::lmao::thumbsup2 It's for the inaugural on one of the new ships (well..I can dream can't I!)

Good job H. You guys deserved it. You did so well. I never would've known the answer to question number 5. You guys rock!!:dance3:

Paige - Rick and I want to do the Mini-boat adventure. :yay:We were planning on either the Under 2 flags or Island Drive & Explorer Cruise for St Maartin.

We did the Island Drive and Explorer Cruise in 05 Heather. We really liked it a lot. We're also easy to please. :)

Poetic Justice. Love it! :flower3:

WOW...wasn't today's sunrise beautiful? Did anyone else get a picture of that enormous rainbow?

I'm all excited about brunch at Palo today with my date Scott. :yay:Chuck will be keeping Lori and the kids company at the pool. I guess Joanne got it all set up for us to dine together. Thanks girl! :worship: I'll finally get to talk more to Sean and Cath. I seemed to have missed them completely on the last cruise as well as Steve and Laura.

It'll be Steve & Laura, Jen & Pete, Walt & Di, Paige & Rob, Sean & Cath and Scott and me. :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

Also had a great time at the Adult BOBer meet at the pool yesterday.
P.S. MIcKey...if you see Chuck struggling in the pool again, can you please help him out? ;)

You have to pm Joanne with your ressie number first. She is making the arrangements for us Mike. Then let Cass know.;)

okie dokie.:worship::cutie:

I'm with ya on Palo though Mike. We didn't care for it last time and actually cancelled our dinner ressies when we came back from brunch. I stood in line at RBD for an hour on embarkation day to get those ressies too! What a waste of time that was.

But....I agreed to give it another chance. This time when all that fancy food is force on me by our server I'll know better to be firm yet pleasant and just speak up. We didn't do that last time and Marco was a bit overpowering. :confused3

heading out to go golfing with michael.:woohoo:
we're on vacation and its supposed to rain all week.:headache::mad:

Off to work. Have a great day everyone!! :yay:

Whoops! I doubt she'll be back soon Karen.

Does anyone know how we go about linking everyone's ressies so that we all get to eat in the same restaurant each night?

I don't mean those that want to sit at the same table. I can do that one.

:sail:Just thought it might be nice if the earlies and lates could be linked so that we're on the same rotation.
