It's my kids last day of school. They are super excited. The girls leave next Wednesday on a 3 week trip cross country with my parents.

Hello all!

Sorry for the no posts from me.. been busy with packing and such.. 6 more days till we have the keys to our new house!!!!

I am surprised I am not more excited.. but I guess it just seems too good to be true right now..lol Our neighbours are kinda upset with us for moving, they are elderly and we do alot of stuff for them.. but well opprotunity knocked and we had to answer..lol

I made the mistake of saying yes to cooking a birthday lunch that was for today so I spent 3 1/2 hours prepping and cooking last night.. man was I pooped after that! I informed them that lunches are out until i am done moving at this point!.. I just don't have that kind of time right now..lol

Good luck with the new house. It took us a long time to paint after liveing on base for all those years!!

Hello all!

Don't worry - it will be there as you do your final walk-through before closing. Then you get to sit there and sign all those papers...if it's anything like by us, it will take hours, not minutes!

I'm sure your neighbors are more disappointed that such nice, helpful neighbors are moving rather than upset that you are seizing your opportunity.

Good luck with the move - wow, by time we get back from our trip you'll already be all moved in!!

Of all of the days for the bus to be late, today was not one of them! It is misting and I thought, "only at the bus stop a few minutes, I'll be fine." Well, 15 minutes later, the bus finally came and me and the kids were just a little wet. Sam kept asking me to go home and get the car.

Today is finance day at work. We do all of the banking and processing of bills. I typically do the income and Elaine handles the expense.

Good morning!! So sorry you got all wet - we've gotten pretty spoiled here already with all the sunshine. We have been getting some rain, but it is mostly at night so no big deal.

Last (half) day of school today - off to WDW tomorrow!! It's bright and sunny here, but I hear they are still getting a good amount of rain in Orlando, though. Oh, well - I have plenty of ponchos and umbrellas in my Owner's Locker should we need them!

Lots of last minute things to do - guess I should start to pack soon lol.

Their last day of school is Friday the 19th. They are home for a week before both kids and Elaine go to Music Camp for a week. Then the day after Music Camp, we drive to Georgia for a week. We are meeting Elaine's parents at her Uncle's house, just south of Macon.

It is going to be a long drive! 1100 miles on Mapquest. I think it is 1200 and change to Port Canaveral or WDW. The iPods and DVD players will be charged!

You have too many lines, The DIS only allows so much room for each signature, if you take up too much room then things get cut off. You should be able to put your googleys and pancake bunny on the same line....I will PM you
