We are most likely staying at Port Orleans French Quarter. A travel agent that works with my sister recommended it due to its small size, and bus transportation. I looked at pictures and read reviews and I am very excited. Based on what I read, it could very well become my resort of choice for future vacations.

We stayed at POFQ after the KK cruise. It was very nice but we took a walk over to Riverside and liked it much better. Maybe the scuffle at the POFQ hot tub bittered me a little though.

Not much going on here, I do have a job interview this afternoon so wish me luck. I am not too excited because I think it's an entry level position but an ex- co worker set it up so I am going to check it out. Didn't want to hurt his feelings. I guess half a paycheck is better than no paycheck. We shall see.

speaking of jobs I met with my boss yesterday afternoon eventhough I was due to met my son so he could buy me a beer on my birthday. It was a short meeting . I start my part time job next Wed. Im glad its only for the month of May and June.

we've had an incredible run of great weather..but its raining now.
hope the Indians game gets rained out.( they play boston)

Now that the Sox lost I wish it had been rained out too!

Celtics Win. Yeah!!!! I like Vinny Del Negro the Bulls coach.. If he wasn't playing the Celtics I would like him to win. He and Doc Rivers were both Spurs. Spurs are losing right now to Dallas Come on Spurs.Here's a little pixie dust. Red Sox's are tied in the seventh inning with Cleveland. Go Soxs Go. Sorry Mike. Plus Walt and I had to watch American Idol. All of the contestants were great. I have to decide who will go tomorrow. Busy night on the tv. I am watching the Red Sox game on the computer. The last two games were blocked out here. Mike are you watching the game or making cookies? Have a great night everyone. Diane

Did you know Del Negro is from Springfield, MA? I don't remember Doc playing for SA, I always think of him with Atlanta & later coaching the Magic. By now we know the Sox lost & ended their winning streak. Guess an error caused the loss. You're right about busy night on TV. I'm probably the only person in America who doesn't watch American Idol! I watched BL - down to the final 4 - can't believe Ron is still there although I understand why that has happened.

So I don't know whether to wish you good luck or not! Trouble is if you're offered a job & turn it down, I think it messes up unemployment. Sometimes that is more than 1/2 a paycheck would be. Here's hoping it comes out however you want it to.

Well, I am at work now waiting for the call from the dealer to give me my price on tires. I need all 4 replaced, especially since we are going to Georgia the first week of July.

It's only going to be in the mid to upper 60s today. Whatever will we do???

I must say, I am pretty excited about Friday. I know it is only ordering tickets and that it will set me back another couple hundred bucks, but anytime I buy any Disney tickets, or room ressies, or cruise ressies, it is cause for celebration!!!
