I only ever watched a couple of episodes... never on purpose (sis in law watches it).. so I never had a desire to see the movie.. something about shopping and such never really did it for me..lol
Now Bones... LOVE that show..lol

Really??? Wow, it is a great show!!!! And shopping has very little to do with the show! It's all about great friendships and finding the right person in life for you. It is hilarious and racy and raunchy and fantabulous!!! I really miss that show!!

You really need to watch it all in order right from the beginning though! My sister has every season on DVD and I've watched them all twice

And Leisha, yes you see a lot of Gilles in the movie

ok, you asked for it....

robin was in a baton twirling corp during school.
my sis joined the corp. she was about 6 years younger that robin. my mom use to take her to weekly classes. robin was a "leader" i think my sis looked up to her. my mom would tell my older brother "theres a great girl i want you to meet."
well one day, after a baton parade, mom grabbed robin and introduced her to my brother and i was watching from the backround.(i was 16) it was about 90 degrees out, the girls had just marched in a parade and were all sweaty. but
WOW!!! i fell in love right away.

my mom got robins phone number and tried to get my brother to call her for months.(he was 17 1/2, closer to robins age) but he was very shy.
after a while my mom said something to me about calling her.
not that i needed any prodding, but my mom said to me..."mike, she's got big B@@Bs.
well i called and we hit it right off right away and the rest is history.

thats right, my mom fixed me up and i got my brothers hand me downs.

he snoozed and lost out.

Hi everyone.....just a quick post to say my girl is fine. Ultrasound showed everything is clear. The doc says it's probably gastritis. She needs to take some meds for a few days and keep and eye on her diet. She is your typical teen with bad eating habits....always eating on the go...not enough "good foods"....too many hot pockets.....and she is so busy right now that I am thinking she has a little stress to add to it all.

She'll be fine though. This will be a good life lesson for her.

I am off in a little bit to tour the historical Marine Barracks at 8th & I in DC. I've seen the performace of the Silent Drill Team before, but this will be my first time on a tour. They'll also take us through the Commmandant of the USMC's house. I'll try to remember to take my camera. Would y'all like to see any pics?

It's interesting, I have three and a half weeks left. The word of the day- week -month is clueless. I feel sorry for the people here when we are gone. The big wiggs tell me there is another aquisition in the works and if that happens, then they want me to go over there. But it is all so hush hush I just go on thinking 5/15 is my last day. I am cleaning up all my balance sheet accounts so they are neat and tidy to pass them over. My replacement should have had payroll billings aout last Thursday- Friday at the latest and so far nothing........ I refuse to ask cause she need to figure it out.

You are so right - let her screw up, it's not going to be your problem any more...... Do you think the acquisition is in your area? No relocating? Would you really want to keep working for them? And you would definitely have to let them know that you have plans in May & Oct.!!!
