Yeah Leisha! And let's see a picture of the future DIL and SIL as well (what's his name again? Juan, Pedro, Miguel, oh something like that! :lmao: I'll have to ask Tommy!) And the poochies :flower3:

LOL :lmao: Tommy actually calls him Jose now. It suprised Jose when he called him by the correct name to the point he almost didn't asnwer. :rotfl2:He has moved up on the ladder. I will have to get Tommy to help me post the pictures of the kids. I am hoping to get a good picture of the four of them this weekend.

Walt has gained 20 pounds since he has been with us. The vet said I have to watch what he eats and he can not gain any more weight. He really should lose a few pounds. I guess that means he is happy living with us. Jack has stayed the same. We now have a 15 pound Jack russell that bullies the 50 pound basset hound. We keep telling Jack that one of these days Walt is going to squash him. :rolleyes1

Cass, I love the pictures of the twin cake. You did an awesome job on it. :thumbsup2 Good luck with Dani and Kira. Do I need to call Rob to make sure those little sweeties don't have you tied up in a corner somewhere? :goodvibes

Someone should call and make sure they have not over taken poor Cass. :lmao: That cake is sooooo cute.

It's Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. We typically go there every year. We aren't this year, and Jay is upset about it! :lmao:

A banging memory stick is just my way of saying a really good memory stick for my digital camera.

You'll just have to visit you parents and take in some of the Maine beaches, although you might think the water is too cold! We'll be at York for 2 weeks in July. We were offered a third week at a reduced rate but I think I'd rather do something else.

Talking of green bracelets... are we having them again?:yay:

Jeff... did you source them?

Editted to claim my fo :)

Are we all still looking for Orange Bracelets?

I don't have a count going. I think they'll be around $2.00 +/-.

Anyone interested, please PM me if you are interested in them. I will take a count this time. They come in child/medium/large sizes. I don't need the sizes right now, just whether you're interested and how many you are thinking total.

I think I saw a picture of him and Megan because i remember saying that they would make good-lookin' grandkids! :thumbsup2 You need to post that picture of them again.

I would have thought that Walter would have lost weight chasing around after Jack! Just think - he's gained his weight in Jack since you got him! :lmao: Is he still following Tommy around?

OK, cruise related question here for all of you more experienced cruisers. That's cruise experience that I am referring to, BTW. ;) Can you still purchase trip insurance after the initial booking? We put our deposit down in May 2008 and declined the insurance at that time. Our final payment is due August 1st. Can we still add it on before we make the final payment?

Matthew

You can't through Disney, but there are companies that you can go through. If you have any preexisting conditions they won't cover those now.
Jeff, maybe you can PM Matthew the one you recommended to me for the PC cruise. I can't think of the name of it right now.

Not an expert on DCL insurance. Never used it, so not sure how it works. I thought though, that you could book it up until the final deposit was made. But like I said, I've never dealt with them.

As for non-DCL insurance, go to insuremytrip.com and you can get a list of companies. I have been using Travelex lately. There is another one I price them up against, but Travelex is usually cheaper.

However, with that said, when we were dealing with the potential bankruptcy of our airline, we found that if you didn't buy the insurance within 2 weeks of your initial deposit, it didn't cover that. There are a couple insurance companies though that will cover it if bought within 2 weeks of FINAL payment. They cost more though, but I will still check the pricing given today's airline industry.

As for pre-existing conditions, there is usually a 2 week or 30 day wait period or something like that.

Another thing with Travelex, they are primary on a lot of the coverages. Some companies are only secondary.

Any other questions, let me know.

Speaking of home, we're here. Made it without any problems.

The trip was great and the weather wasn't bad until really yesterday, but it didn't interfere with our touring of Mt. Vernon.

The DIS meet was great and thanks to Matthew and Beth for having us all over after dinner. Can't wait for October to see everyone again.

Looks like no one is around to talk to, so I may just relax (more like fall asleep) on the couch. Later.

LOL, no...I'm still alive :goodvibes With 2 girls, I don't have time to be on the computer much. We were gone this morning for 2 hours walking and going to the different playgrounds. Then we were playing out on the back deck in the sandbox and stuff.

I think I need to buy a little netbook so I can surf when we're outside :rolleyes1:goodvibes

.
Great pics Christian, I liked the waves in the pool in that Pirate Booty one :woohoo:

I'm here. Are you gone?

Glad y'all made it back ok.

I'm still here.

We got to the train earlier than expected so we got to the bus really early. Got to the airport as planned though. Security was light though - much different than what I saw when we got off on Thursday. I guess that's good though.

We would have been back to MKE early, but we had to go back to the gate to let someone off the plane. Not sure what was wrong with her though.

We were in DC traffic this morning, going up to Bethesda for Rob's last follow up. It was bumper to bumper in the rain--ugh! But his eye appt went by quickly and they said he is healing well. The rest of his appts can be done here in Quantico.

Jeff, I thought I was going to have to call y'all with a Swine Flu scare:scared1::rotfl:....I kept Alex home today with that cough, and he had a low grade fever last night. He's feeling better, though. No fever today and the cough has lessened. I told Rob, "Jeff, Suz, and I just joked about that at the Metro station..."

Now everybody will be coming back onto talk and I have to go cook supper....

Tacos tonight. :goodvibes

Good evening everyone. I'll be around a little while before I have to run to City Hall to be presented with a proclamation from the mayor. We have been in our city for 125 years, so the mayor is giving us a proclamation. Luckily it is the first item on the City Council agenda, so I will be in and out. I don't want to be out too much since the Yankees/Sox game is on at 7:00. The meeting starts at 7:30, but I hope to be home by 8:00.

That was more a fountain than a pool. It was a tiny thing that was only 12 inches deep!

Thanks for the compliments. I was bored at work and decided to have some fun posting stuff.

We saw all that bad traffic. Glad we were going out of town on the bus. We would have been late going in to town.

Wish we were flying out of DCA though. That was only 2 stops from our stop. Instead, we had to go all the way to the end of the Green Line (we were near the end of the Yellow Line, so we had to go kiddie corner).

Logan had a cough on the plane, but I think it was from the dry air.

Suz and I had to laugh on Saturday morning. We were watching the news for the weather and they were talking about the swine flu. They started going through symptoms and they said fatigue, muscle aches, etc. Suz and I, after walking all over DC on Fridy, were fatigued and our muscles ached. We must have got swine flu. :rotfl2:

Tacos sound good, but we really don't feel like cooking anything tonight. Yet Suz just sat down next to me with a plate of nachos. Guess I'll have to go steal a couple. :rotfl:

Thanks Leisha. I look forward to seeing those kids of yours. We all have to know who we will be following around the ship too to see if the engagement happened yet. :lmao:

We thought Jesse was going to pop the question on the ship in 2007 too. (He didn't). Jeff was kidding around with me one day on the ship and said he was going to have a talk with the boy. I just about passed out. Poor Jesse would have just died where he stood. :goodvibes

I'm in again this time. I'll pm you Jeff. :yay:

I think we may be up for them. Are they the rubber bracelets that everyone seems to wear??

That would be the ones. I would get them from "reminder bands" again - I think they do the Lance Armstrong ones.
